Does this sound like it’s getting into ed territory?
I (15 FTM) have been fairly dysphoric about my body. I’m in this weird space where I feel kind of fat but I’m not that fat, and I’m out of shape but not that out of shape. (I’m 115-120 pounds, I haven’t weighed myself recently) I don’t work out besides my pe class, and we obviously aren’t going hard. Right now, I can run a 9:54 mile (compared to 10:10 in march, and I don’t work out as I previously mentioned. Is sub 10 minutes good for someone who doesn’t work out??). anyways, thinking about it has changed how I eat and I wanted to see what others think, so heres what I ate today
breakfast: four cinnamon…bite? Things? Idk, my school has them as part of their breakfast (who knows how many calories)
white monster (0 cals)
granola bar (around 110 cals)
some kind of bar (I don’t remember, 190 cal)
lunch: taco salad with chips (basically the contents of a taco in a bowl, no idea how many cal, and I ate about half)
granola bar (110 cals)
ran the mile in pe, felt like shit for 10 min after
dinner: burger with ketchup and croutons
so…I definitely know I need to eat more protein and whatnot, but any tips or recommendation? does this look like an ed in the making?
