It is a game where they need to kill as many people as they can but in a covert way and the others are trying to prevent you from doing so..

For example the sneaky priest.. You can clearly see how he pushes the man down the little hill in hope that he dies. However he survives even after hitting his head. Because the kill has to happen covertly he has no choice but to drag that man in the house..

Then there is the guy who refuses to open the door. Claiming that "they are not real people" while even a toddler with 5 diopters can see that they are real people. See?

Later someone "forgets" the talisman leading to multiple deaths..

All these stupid decisions are attempts to kill others.. And it is executed so covertly that you missed it!

Rewatch the show and you can see how they all act paranoid because everyone wants to kill someone but at the same time they want to prevent others to get a kill.
