Continuous sound recorder that rolls over old recordings, not portable

I'm looking for a device that plugs into an outlet (not portable, doesn't rely on battery) that records sound in the room continuously, rolling/looping over old audio recordings to make space. I don't need more than 24 hours, maybe even 6-12 hours is fine. I don't need video. I have security cameras (Tapo C210) but don't want to wear out the cams or SDCards unnecessarily as I just need audio for this. Ideally I could export the recordings, or at least the ability to easily play back what was recorded. Had trouble finding relevant products on Google for some reason. Any recs?

Toaster smell, slight smoke even when empty, something broken inside

My gf took the toaster out of storage to resume using it on some artisan white bread and I immediately noticed a pungent sweet burnt combo smell which was very off-putting and I had to ventilate. Cleared the crumb tray and it seems relatively clean inside. I then tested the toaster without any food in it and it still had a mild burnt smell that is not what I recall burnt food from toasters normally smelling like, although the sweet aspect was gone which I guess may have just been the bread. I also thought I saw a little smoke coming out although it was empty, not sure if normal. It's not a new toaster, she's used it prob at least a dozen times before it was put in storage. Product: Keenstone model TA01321-UL. On closer inspection I noticed a sheet behind the wire appears to be damaged (circled area in pic). Could this be related? Anything else to try besides off-gassing it for a few runs on high in a ventilated area? Get a new toaster? Or could the smell be completely normal?

Cereal/granola and protein bar - organic, sweetened without sugar, low saturated fat

Idk why such products have been hard to find. Yesterday I looked through the entire selection of cereals, granolas and protein bars at my local Whole Foods and Target and didn't seem to come across anything that matched all of these basic criteria although I don't think it's asking for much. Would appreciate any suggestions!

Requirements:

1. USDA organic;

2. no added sugar, but sweetened another way, preferably not via sugar alcohols (examples of sweeteners I would accept: fruit such as monk fruit, Stevia);

3. relatively low in saturated fat (including: no significant coconut products or high-sat-fat oils like palm kernel oil, etc);

4. (optional but preferred) NOT gluten-free (I don't have an issue with gluten and I found the few gluten-free products I tried to be pretty bad in terms of flavor and/or texture).

OPTIONAL CONTEXT: I eat primarily organic plant-based whole foods. On my last blood test all LDL readings (e.g. LDL, peak size, medium, small, particle #), non-HDL & total cholesterol were above range and in at least some cases higher than prior test. I recall immediate improvement to LDL within last few years after I dropped unsweetened yogurt that was very high in saturated fat from coconut. As I understand, saturated fat affects LDL much more than does dietary cholesterol. Relatedly, I'd been eating a granola product 1-2 servings as an ingredient in my breakfast cereal most days for at least the last year or so, that matched 3 of the 4 criteria above - minus #3 - it is relatively high in coconut product and thereby saturated fat, so I suspect is a likely contributor to the recent chol values. I otherwise seem to be healthy overall; BMI 19-20, slim, exercise daily, no notable issues present in labs or imaging. Triglycerides, Lipo(a) and Apo B in recent test were all in range although ApoB was close to threshold and slightly higher than last test. Otherwise, basically all of the other foods I eat in a normal day fit the requirements above, with the exception of the protein bar which fits the criteria minus #1 - not being organic. Hence looking for a new cereal/granola and protein bar that fit all of the above. I recently tried a cereal that match 3 of the 4 criteria above - minus #2 - I would like it to be naturally sweetened; ideally something more convenient than cutting up and adding fruit.

No longer seems to be a way to change my password

I can log in fine but want to change my password. I don't see a change password option anywhere in account settings on the desktop site. On the mobile app, it just takes me to a page to change my name/DOB/phone/email/address instead. I followed the link in the FAQ - https://www.cvs.com/account/forgot-password/ - when I'm logged out it asks me to log in, and when I'm logged in it just takes me to the homepage. At sign-in it never provides Forgot Password as an option, even if I select to try another option during 2FA. I googled whether CVS got rid of the password system and the response seems to indicate they haven't. If they technically haven't gotten rid of it, just made it unusable indefinitely, then there's no point in updating it, but if it's still an option available to the user in some way, I'd like to know how to update it.

Update: I called CVS who said it's passwordless now, FAQs/etc just haven't been updated.

Choked on liquid melatonin, irritation when breathing (guessing airway), disrupts sleep

Choked on liquid melatonin (Whole Foods 360 raspberry vanilla drops), seems I burned or irritated my larynx or upper trachea (haven't gone to doctor for confirmation as it's only been a bit over 12 hours) as there's a very dry scratchy foreign sensation when exhaling that often becomes more prominent during light sleep. Haven't noticed improvement. No issues when swallowing. I took Dayvigo last night to push through it but slept like 4 hours before waking up and the irritation prevented me from resuming. Tried napping later, same story. Tried dif positions, drinking lots of water, ensuring at least 60% humidity, avoiding coughing (last night I made the mistake of forcing some big coughs in the hopes of clearing it, which apparently can irritate it further). It seems there are at least 2 ways to breathe and during driftoff or light sleep I more easily access the version that causes more irritation, if that makes sense. Advice?

Something in melatonin drops burned/dried my throat/windpipe, disrupting my sleep

I think I swallowed the Whole Foods 365 Raspberry & Vanilla melatonin drops wrong, or the bottle went bad, as something burned(?)/dried my throat or windpipe (not sure which, I think a little may have accidentally went in my windpipe this time as I coughed immediately after using it). Maybe deionized water or veg glycerin? Only other ingredients are natural raspberry/vanilla flavors. I bought the bottle start of April and it's approaching empty. The pipe irritation is disrupting my sleep. Seems correlated with my breathing (stronger when I exhale). I already tried gargling/drinking water and coughing hard.

Update: I took a Dayvigo to sleep. Now it's the next morning and I still feel the irritation in my throat/airway.

Update: Based on my limited research it might be a chemical burn in the larynx or upper trachea that should hopefully resolve within a few days (since it's f-ing with my sleep; will test dif positions). Watch signs of aspiration. A few instances of slight hoarseness when speaking, otherwise normal when talking. Starting to drink room temp water (vs cold water), ensure sufficient humidity, and avoid forcing coughs which apparently can irritate further.

Why do people run outdoors when there is visible haze and AQI 200+?

Air Quality Index is around 200 across NYC, surpassing it in areas, due to high PM 2.5 from the Canadian wildfires. I guessed it was high before even checking the weather because the haze was very noticeable.

What I also saw were dozens of people running outside unmasked (I assume they were exercising, not prison escapees). A 30-minute run in this AQI apparently can be equivalent to smoking a few cigarettes. From what I read, the risks of running outdoors outweigh the benefits once AQI surpasses 150 (or 100 for people with conditions).

I'm a runner myself and I would run indoors in these conditions in an air-purified room as well as wear an N95 when traveling outside if it's approaching anywhere near 200. Yesterday when I returned home I found some of the bad air had leaked in and I had to run the purifier on high for 45 minutes to bring the PM 2.5 level down from 80 μg/m³ to under 10.

If these people don't have the option to run indoors (e.g. no personal treadmill or gym membership) they could do other cardio indoors or postpone it. Are people just not aware of the high AQI even with the alerts and visible haze, do they not care about the health goal contradiction, ...?
