Was overweight and decided to cut down. The 1st pic is of 6 years back.

Routine: Purely strength training.No cardio. I prefer to do all body parts every day. Variations of all the body parts on different days.

52  M: Some proof of age and before and after pics. I got a lot of disbelief in the last post i made. I also got a lot of encouragement!

The last time i uploaded my pic a lof of people didnt believe me(age).So uploading the proof. Also some people asked for before and after.So the one with the beanie is in 2020.

Diet: 6 days a week ,quantity control+ clean eating (Heavy protein) Sat is a heavy cheat day:-) i totally go overboard! Fridays I drink scotch!:-)

Work Out: All body parts (Circuit) 5 days a week

Skin care: 6 days a week

Mentality: Always positive!
