I was looking on Amazon and I found these options so I was wondering if you guys could tell me what would be the best option. His main priority is just basically image crispness and good brightness. Thanks a lot.

Best Ramen out of these options

So where I live I don't have access to that many options. So, out of these, what would you recommend? Usually I like to drain most of the broth and eat them like that.

Thanks.

Looking for advice on my last two worrying ECGs.

Male, 41, treated high BP & sleep apnea. Normal blood sugar and cholesterol. Non smoker/non drinker. Celexa 20mg. Telmisartan 20mg.

So usually at rest at home my heart rate sits around 60 to 70. Four days ago at rest it started creeping up to a hundred and when I'd walk around and do something It would go up in the 140 range. At night time when I'm sleeping it seems to settle down a lot in the 70s and 80s. Also, I've been having a lot more PVC palpitations. Blood pressure was running a little high as well.

So the next day doc sent me for an ECG which is in my OP. So I was pretty scared after seeing that. And since the day before my left arm had a little bit of an ache to it, although with no chest pain, I decided I would go to the ER to get checked out. Ended up doing ECG which is also in my OP. Also a couple of Troponin which came back at 5 and I think the cutoff was around 14.

So when I saw the doctor, he didn't say too much, but he mentioned something like, "Don't pay attention to the words that the ECG computer spits out". And he discharged me. But he also booked me for a 24-hour halter monitor in a week or so. Since then my HR and BP has been every so slightly better.

From doing lots of reading, I understand that these ECG machines do spit out not the most accurate information, but what really worries me is I have two the same day basically saying the same thing. So basically I was just hoping to see if somebody could take a quick look at my ECG's from that day and let me know if they see any good or bad things.

Thank you.

I've had many ECGs over the years and most being normal so I just chose a few here that showed a couple of my abnormal ones. Also a normal one, just to give reference.

Help with ECG saying Poor R wave Progression - Possible Old Septal MI - Non-diagnostic Inferior ST-T wave changes

Male, 41, Obese, treated high BP & sleep apnea. Normal blood sugar and cholesterol. Non smoker/non drinker.

So usually at rest, at home, my heart rate is around 65. And a few days ago, my heart rate at rest at home started being around 100 with more than usual PVC palpitations. And then when I would get up to walk and do stuff, it would go to around 140 compared to the usual around 110, 120. And my blood pressure was running a little high as well, especially the diastolic number.

So the next day I had a doctor's appointment and she sent me for an ECG. And this is what the ECG said in my OP. So I was pretty scared after seeing that. And since the day before my left arm had a little bit of an ache to it, although with no chest pain, I decided I would go to the ER to get checked out. So they ended up doing an ECG tracing which I haven't gotten the full results back but I was able to glance at the screen once it was done and it did also again mention the possible MI as well as something to do with ST changes. Was a 190 HR. Then they did a couple of Troponin tests which came back at 5 and I think the cutoff was around 14.

So when I saw the doctor, he didn't say too much, but he mentioned something like, "Don't pay attention to the words that the ECG computer spits out". And he discharged me. But he also booked me for a 24-hour halter monitor in a week or so. Today my heart rate has calmed down a bit as well as BP.

So basically I was just hoping to see if somebody could take a quick look at my ECG from that day and maybe compare it to a few old ones as well. And if they can tell me anything about the tracing, maybe some red flags that they see. I appreciate your help.

Tests done - Stress ECG Oct 2025 normal. BNP June 2026 normal. Stress echo June 2025 normal. Random ecg's usually normal. Calcium score of zero July 2026.

I've had many ECGs over the years and most being normal so I just chose a few here that showed a couple of my abnormal ones. Also a normal one, just to give reference.

For people with health anxiety/cardiophobia, how do you decide when to go to the ER?

I've been dealing with health anxiety, especially around my heart, and I'm curious how other people have learned to handle the gray areas.

There are so many symptoms that could technically be heart-related but are also extremely common with anxiety or other benign things. Things like a mild chest ache that lasts 20–30 minutes and goes away, isolated arm/shoulder pain, extra PVCs, or a higher-than-normal heart rate.

I also understand that heart attacks don't always look like the classic severe chest pain, and that women and people with diabetes in particular can sometimes have milder or less typical symptoms. That's part of what makes this so difficult for me.

Obviously I'm not talking about severe or obvious emergency symptoms. I'm talking more about those situations where your brain says, "What if this is a heart attack?" even though there are plenty of other possible explanations.

I've been trying to take my health seriously and get the best possible results out of it, so I'm not trying to ignore symptoms or blame everything on anxiety. But I also don't want to go to the ER every time I have an ache or a few extra palpitations.

For those of you who've dealt with cardiophobia, how did you learn to find that balance? Did you come up with specific guidelines with your doctor for when to get checked out versus when to monitor things and move on? And if you used to go to the ER frequently, what helped you break that cycle?

Calcium Score of 0. Still reassuring at 41?

I am 41 years old with a BMI of 40. After years of untreated sleep apnea and high blood pressure, I have been successfully treated for 6 months. I do not smoke, do not have diabetes or high cholesterol. I have had two normal ECGs and one largely normal echocardiogram. My uncle and grandfather both experienced heart attacks in their 50s. I asked my doctor, and she arranged a calcium score test that came back as zero.

After reading, I am curious because at my age a zero score may not be as reassuring as it would be at 50, 60, or 70. This suggests I could have a zero score while still carrying high levels of soft plaque in my arteries. I am simply asking what a cardiologist might think of this theory. Thanks.

Obese 41M with a Calcium Score of 0. How reassuring is this really?

Hi everyone, I’m looking for some advice on my recent screening results.

I’m 41, asymptomatic, a non-smoker, and non-diabetic. My cholesterol is pretty normal, and my history of high blood pressure and sleep apnea is now well-controlled for 6 months. However, my BMI is 40, and my CRP has been chronically high (around 8 - 9) for years. Also my Grandfather and Uncle both had a heart attack mid 50's.

Test I've had that were normal:

Stress ECG & ECHO - June 2025

ECG - Dec 2025 & July 2026

My coronary artery calcium scan just came back as zero. While I know that is good news, I am still worried. Given my severe obesity, chronic inflammation and years of un-checked BP & Sleep apnea. I'm concerned about aggressive soft plaque hiding in my arteries that the scan couldn't see.

How reassuring is a zero score with my specific profile? Would you still consider me low risk?

Thanks.

XB7 Wi-Fi download speed randomly drops from 250 Mbps to 5 Mbps — strong 5 GHz signal, multiple devices affected

I've had a weird Wi-Fi issue for about 3 weeks. My XB7 is in the living room and nothing has moved or changed.

Devices in the living room consistently get ~200 Mbps, but devices in my bedroom randomly drop anywhere from 60 Mbps down to 5 Mbps or even 2 Mbps. Sometimes I'll get 250 Mbps and then, a few minutes later, get 5 Mbps from the exact same spot.

What's weird is that my Mac's Wi-Fi connection looks excellent when this happens. For example, I've seen 5 GHz, -54 dBm RSSI, -89 dBm noise, and a 299 Mbps Tx rate, while Speedtest was only giving me a few Mbps download. Upload often remains around 55–75 Mbps.

I've power-cycled the XB7 and Rogers ran remote diagnostics, but they say everything looks normal. I'm currently considering having a technician come out.

Any ideas what could cause download speeds to fluctuate this dramatically while the Wi-Fi signal itself looks strong?

Thanks!

Best Free Dictation App for Mac?

I tried Wispr Flow, and I loved it. I learned the free version has a limit on how many dictations you can do per week. Now I'm looking for something that is free or very cheap (that I can use on my Macbook) that has unlimited dictations and is better than Apple's stock dictation.

Something that isn't too complicated, please.

Thank you.

How does it compare to Apple dictation?

So I originally signed up for Wispr Flow, and then I realized that in the free version, they limit how many dictations you can use per week. I was recommended Super Wispr, so I'm just trying to figure out how Super Wispr would compare to Wispr Flow and Apple Dictation. By the way, I'm interested in the free version of Super Wispr.

Thanks.

The address bar cutting into my favourites, is this done on purpose?

The first Mac OS beta I used was the last one. I think that was four, and it also did this, and I upgraded last night to beta five, and it does the same. So I'm just curious, do you think the address bar cutting into my Favicons is intentional?

Lower left back pain

So I'm a bigger guy, and without getting too graphic, when I'm in the shower, I reach towards my ass and clean all up in my crack with soap with my right hand, and when I do this, I always feel a twinge in the side area where I circled in the image, but once I get out of the shower, it's gone. About a week ago, I was driving, and I sneezed, and right in that spot, I had like a 5/10 ache for like 20 minutes, and it basically went away, and over the course of the week, it would come back very mild for a few minutes, but then 2 1/2 days ago, I got home, got up to my apartment, and could barely walk.

The first night, it was hard to find a position to even sleep in. It was too painful. I was sleeping like 15 minutes at a time. I was gonna drive to the hospital, but I wouldn't have been able to drive. The next night, I was able to sleep like a couple of hours at a time. Now, today, I can find a position where the pain is only like a 3/10 to sit in my bed and hang out all day. The first couple of times, I'm able to walk around the apartment during the day, grab something to eat, five minutes, etc., but later in the evening, if I keep getting up, the pain starts getting really bad, and I gotta lay down again.

So basically, just wondering what this might be in this area of my back. It's the lower back area, but it kind of wraps around my side a little bit. Think it will ease up soon? Advil and Tylenol not really helping. No fever, no urinating issues, etc.

Cheers.

Will the AISH & ADAP Public Backlash Make a Difference?

I've been seeing a lot more people speaking out about the changes to AISH and ADAP. Between the payment issues, the stress and uncertainty for people who rely on these programs, and the growing frustration throughout Alberta's disability community, it feels like the public outcry is getting much louder.

I'm hoping that kind of backlash will be enough to make the government reconsider or reverse some of these changes. At the same time, I know social media algorithms can make an issue seem bigger than it actually is, so maybe it's just my feed.

What do you think? Is the public backlash reaching a point where it could actually have an impact, or does it just seem that way online?

For those who jump between MacBook & iPad. What do you do with your photos?

I'm curious how other MacBook and iPad users organize their photos because I can't seem to find a system that works well on both devices. On my Mac, I like keeping everything organized in Finder with folders, but on my iPad the Photos app is much more convenient, and a lot of apps and websites only let me upload images from the Photos library. The problem is that many websites don't let me browse by albums, so I end up scrolling through thousands of photos to find one image. And on iPad some websites don't allow attachments from the Files app so keeping them stored in Finder (synced) is tricky. I don't want to maintain both a Finder folder system and a Photos library because then I'd have to organize every new photo twice.

How do you organize your photos across a MacBook and iPad?

Ultra watch three action button is mushy

So I just bought my first Apple Watch Ultra (Gen 3) and it's a great watch but there's just one small issue. I expected the ultra action button to feel very clicky, but it's actually kinda mushy and not a very satisfying click.

Is this normal?
