Gooners are the reason why there are fucking limits on it for free users. Stop gooning with it and let us non gooners enjoy Grok for what it is. Saying "ai is only good for gooning" is the exact kind of obnoxious, self-centered attitude that is driving everyone crazy right now. It completely proves my point. You think the entire internet and every massive server network only exists to serve your specific, explicit habits, with zero regard for how it ruins the performance, restrictions, and general experience for everyone else who just wants a clean, reliable tool to talk to or create normal art. Gooning caused Grok to be limited to other users so f gooners for ruining the experience for non gooners. Gooners hogged the servers for yourselves to goon while pushing out non gooners out. I'm a non gooner you guys seriously need to stop gooning and let the non gooners use Grok without being limited. Because of you fucking gooners made users like myself have to wait 24hrs or more to use Grok when non gooners need it for other things. You gooners can go without gooning for awhile while letting user like myself who need Grok use it for things such as anxiety,nervousness etc. Gooners are nothing but selfish and don't care about non gooners. I'm fucking tired of gooners for ruining AI for non gooners. Because of fucking gooners I had to leave for Google Gemini. There is more to life than only gooning. Gooners have made the service unreliable by making limits happen on Grok.

Gooners hog server space shutting out non gooners who want to use AI as an actual tool to get things done. Gooning accomplishes nothing​. I want to say I love you guys for this activism. I support you guys because circumcision on baby boys need to stop because babies and children can't consent. Why do parents not understand that? When someone says minors can't consent that is also should be applied to surgeries that are not needed. I understand that if a boy or even an adult Man needs a circumcision for legit medical reasons such as a tight foreskin I'm not against that. I'm not against Men getting a circumcision just because they can. Honestly I don't care if a Man got a circumcision for whatever reason their reason is totally valid because they're an adult,adults can make the choice they want because adults can consent to things. Adults can do whatever they want. I'm only against it being done on babies and older children because they can't consent. This practice needs to end and be banned like circumcision on girls and Women has been banned. It's not right or fair that circumcision on girls is banned,but not circumcision on boys is banned.

Disclaimer this isn't a story of peeing myself and or pooping myself just about farting nothing else.

I got this idea from another user who posted about farting because he ate beans. Where I used to work, they did weekly meetings to give production goals for each different job in the warehouse. I was in my first weekly meeting. We usually just stand around in a circle listening to our boss. Since I left, I think they stopped doing weekly meetings, but I'm not sure though.

​Anyways, in the middle of the meeting, I felt my stomach rumbling. I thought, Oh great, right in the middle of the meeting, not now bowels. I knew this was going to be a loud fart, but then I thought, Okay, I'll just let it out silently so no one knows. When I did that, I thought it wouldn't smell either and that I was in the clear.

​Then, as I tried to fart silently, I farted loudly instead. Oops, my cover was blown—pun unintended. It cut right through the quiet meeting, making it instantly awkward for me as I stood there in the middle of the crowd. I smiled and laughed a bit silently because I couldn't hold in my laughter. No one really cared; they just kept listening to the boss, but I still hated myself for doing that and felt a bit embarrassed. It would have been better if I had just crop-dusted in a silent way.

​I didn't tell anyone that I farted at the work meeting. I didn't want to admit it because it was kinda embarrassing. Thinking about it still a few years later, I can't help but laugh. I think farts are funny, but at the same time, sometimes embarrassing.

​TL;DR: I farted at a weekly work meeting. It was unexpectedly loud, and I was so embarrassed and I couldn't stop my laughter.

​This actually happened back in August 2025, but I still think about how close I came to a very expensive mistake.

​I was heading out to my hunting cabin to deal with some weeds on the property. It was a typical humid, warm summer evening, hovering just under 90 degrees outside. I had my brand new Switch 2 packed away inside a specialized pouch in my backpack. I had the truck's air conditioning blasting for the 15-minute drive, so everything was nice and cool when I arrived.

​Here is where the fuck-up started. I got out of the truck, rolled the windows down, and left my backpack inside the cab. Since the truck was shaded and the AC had just been running, I assumed everything would be fine for the short time I was gone.

​What I completely forgot was that a few days prior, I had turned off the Auto Sleep Mode on my console to do a battery/system recalibration.

​While the backpack was sitting in the truck, something must have shifted or pressed against the bag. Because Auto Sleep was disabled, the console woke up and just stayed completely turned on. If you've ever accidentally left a running laptop inside a zipped bag, you know exactly what happens next. With absolutely zero airflow or ventilation, the trapped heat just started cycling.

​About 15 to 30 minutes later, I got back to my truck, opened the bag, and picked up the console. It was incredibly warm to the touch and the internal fan was absolutely screaming, trying its best to pull in air that wasn't there.

​I instantly panicked and shut it down completely to prevent it from overheating. Luckily, the console's built-in emergency safety features kept it from melting itself from the inside out, and it cooled down safely on a table indoors. But for a solid ten minutes, I was entirely convinced I had just fried my console due to my own sheer ignorance.

​TL;DR: I turned off Auto Sleep Mode on my Switch 2 for a recalibration, forgot to turn it back on, and packed it in a backpack. The power button got bumped inside the truck, turning the bag into a makeshift oven that almost cooked my console.

I feel like an idiot for almost causing an accident that would have forced my Switch 2 to thermally shut down just to save its own internal components from melting. I have no one to blame but myself for this. I’ve read Nintendo's warnings about preventing overheating before, so I really should have taken better precautions to avoid this scare. Lesson learned. Treat a Switch, Switch OLED, Switch 2, or any electronic device with a cooling fan exactly like a laptop: give the device room to breathe, and put it in a safe environment where it won't get trapped and to put it in a better case for it to travel in.

I have an older Dell Inspiron 2-in-1 (2019 model) that I’ve always treated exactly the way you’re supposed to. I know I need a new one since the battery finally died and it stopped holding a charge, but I always respected its need for airflow. Honestly, you’d think I would have applied that same logic to my Switch 2, but I didn't. I was careless. I think I subconsciously treated it differently just because it’s smaller and more portable, and I completely forgot that smaller devices actually heat up much faster, causing the fans to kick on way sooner than they would in a larger laptop.

I have been on the job for about two months. I met an Autistic adult. Her and I get along so well. I consider her a friend. She seems to be very high functioning Autistic adult. She said she was diagnosed as an adult I think she's in her 40's maybe haven't asked her age. I don't ask older people their age especially when they have grey hair. I'm 32. I told her my story I was diagnosed at 17 in 2011. Any ways has anyond been like me started a new job met fellow Autistic adults and became friends with them? I honestly want to hang out with her outside of the job. I wish I could but it might be hard because she lives an hour away. I know that's not much of a hassel to ask someone to hang out when they live an hour away. I just hope I'm not the only Autistic adult she knows in her life. She is such a sweet lady.

I call antis Ableists all the time they don't give a shit. They don't care to come off as hating disabled people. I have Asperger's Syndrome I use AI because I don't always understand online conversations. I use AI to help me understand online conversations especially when they are fast paced. ​I'm disabled I call antis all the time ableists when they are against disabled people using AI. Why do disabled people not care about coming off as hating disabled people abd being ableists? I get so offended when antis are against disabled people using AI for any reason. Antis don't understand disabled people. Some antis have the privilege of being non disabled and have the privilege of not struggling with disabilities. Antis don't care about anyone but themselves. Many antis are ableist they intend to be that way.

I want to take charge of my life and get bunion surgery at some point. I'm 32 I have time before bunions start bothering me. Bunions are inconvenient because they make getting shoes a hassel. I have to get wide toed shoes in order for my shoes to fit. I found out they can do minimal invasive surgery. I don't want to go into detail of how they do the minimally invasive surgery so I won't bore anyone. I just want people to know that I made this decision.

This happened on Aug 2025. I left my Switch 2 in a backpack designed for carrying a Switch in a pouch on the back in the inside of the backpack. I left it in the backpack on sleep mode with no game running give or take 15–30 minutes. I had the backpack in a car with air conditioning for about 15 minutes. I was going to my hunting cabin to get rid of weeds on the property. Got out of the car with the windows down, left my backpack in the car. It was under 90 degrees outside since it was evening, it was a bit humid. The car was shaded since it was evening. Inside the car was a bit warm since you know it was still a bit warm outside. I got it out a few minutes after arriving at my place, it was warm to the touch, the fan was running. I turned it off immediately due to freaking out thinking it was going to overheat. And it could have overheated because there is no open airflow to help cool the system down if it's in a carrying bag. I laid my Switch on a cooler surface to cool down.

​It was a bit concerning with it being a bit warm like that to the touch with the fan running. It didn't overheat. I know you're not supposed to put a running laptop in a carrying bag because it could overheat, I just never thought this could possibly happen to a Switch 2. I keep forgetting that Switch 2 is like a laptop, it needs free air flow for the vent to cool off. I just wanted to warn everyone. I did have a scare that time. I will not be doing this mistake again because I do not want to risk overheating my Switch 2 and coming close to overheating it. I was stupid for running the risk of overheating my Switch 2, I was ignorant. I just assumed overheating won't happen to me if I put it in sleep mode in a backpack, it almost did happen to me.

I know there is an auto shut off to prevent the Switch from overheating and causing internal damage. But even with that safety feature it still scares me when I get that warning on any device. Even with that feature if you feel like your Switch is close to overheating still immediately turn it off take it to a cooler spot to cool down naturally. Do not put your Switch directly near air-conditioning. Do not force it to cool off. Just take it in air-conditioned room put it on a table make sure it has room to breathe leave it alone until it cools off naturally.

​Edit: Forgot to say I had auto sleep mode turned off due to recalibration method, this is why it didn't go back into sleep mode.

​TLDR; Leaving auto sleep mode off and putting your Switch in a backpack while it's in sleep mode is a bad thing because the backpack can get pressed against things and the Switch power button can be pressed by something pressing on the backpack, risking overheating if you have auto sleep mode off.

I have an idea. I don’t think I have seen anyone do this kind of photo before on this sub. I haven't seen anyone take a picture of a wasp nest or a wasp and give the wasp the middle finger. Can anyone please do that for me? I just thought that kind of image would be fitting for this sub. I just thought I'd throw that idea out to anyone. I just want to see those kind of images on here. If anyone has done that kind on image and posted it on here that kind of image is rare to see on this sub. I like never see that kind of image on here. Plus I think wasps deserve the middle finger.

A user Deviantart thought I was bullying others when I wasn't the user made a Google document trying to expose me. They doxxed me revealing my full legal name. When someone doesn't reveal their full legal name and other identifying information online and someone reveals that info it is doxxing. I stood up to the bully filled out the form on Google to remove a document doxxing me. I shown proof that the user doxxed me. Google believed me and took down the user's Google document. The user is now locked out of their Google account and their account has been permanently banned. Plus they are locked out of their Deviantart account if they used Google to sign up with. So many sites immediately permanently ban a user when that user doxxed someone and the user shows proof they have been doxxed.

I wish people would understand that doxxing illegal. And they can get in serious trouble for it. People don't understand that someone can pursue legal action against someone that doxxed them. People don't realize that they can and will go to jail for doxxing. Doxxing needs to stop. I got two users permanently banned for doxxing me on different sites. I feel good for standing up for myself. Stand up for yourself when you're getting bullied. Show proof that you have been doxxed to sites. They have your back and will permanently ban a user for doxxing you. Doxxing is wrong no matter what. There's no justification for doxxing. Doxxing can cause someone stress. Whe. You show proof you got doxxed sites have your back. They will take care of it. I feel safe because sites take doxxing seriously. Google and other sites do tame doxxing seriously abd will permanently ban anyone that doxxes anyone.

Starting fresh on a new account and trying to efficiently re-earn some of the tougher community badges I used to have. What are your best legitimate strategies or favorite active subreddits for building up comment milestones and daily streaks efficiently. I was forced to delete my account that had 5+ years of history and rare badges. I got lucky on my posts and comments to earn those rare badges. I do not want to talk about why I was forced to delete my other account please respect that.
