German News: A Berlin Researcher is Demanding a Ban on Bikes in Trains, Characterizes Cyclists as "Especially Aggressive"

This guy is being criticized and even I have to wonder if he's working for a car lobby. Basically, this answers the questions people had about the attitudes in Germany towards bikes and bicyclists. He's claiming cyclists are especially aggressive, there's no place in the trains, this causes delays, and he wants a ban in summer months when people take the bikes on the train to get to their touring destinations.

This would be his solution instead of discussing the pitiful train capacity by Deutsche Bahn which people will immediately know about in the Alpine regions or give a reservation system and not demand DB increase capacity. Also, he's claiming the bikes cause delays, but the fact is Deutsche Bahn is so dysfunctional that it doesn't need a cyclist to do that.

Those who have received the vaccine: did the vaccine cause massive pain in the affected dermatome/affected nerve/PHN area?

I just received the vaccine and wanted to separate this topic off my other thread: I had the vaccine reaction starting on Wednesday (24hrs after the first shot) and literally sllept from Wed. afternoon, all through Thursday, and woke up this morning. On Wed-Thurs night, I had massive pain in my lower back in the exact area of the dermatome affected by the Zoster virus and as an addition I believe I have PHN for at least ten years that wasn't diagnosed by my old doctor. The pain was lilke I was just injured there (I also have injuries there) and horrible and radiated down into my legs and I took pain meds in the middle of the night and then it finally subsided some hours later. I have read some publications where this is a known phenomenon after getting the vaccine and just wondered if anyone else had this. My arm where the shot was given and that area and my leg affected by it were burning hot. Oddly, and I'm not saying this is curative, but potentially just an accomodation thing, I am pain-free for the first time in so long in that area, but I'm waiting for it to come back.

Avoidants: What was it like when you became self-aware and able to integrate intellectual and emotional knowledge of your actions?

As the question states. The autopilot thing fascinates me, as well as not knowing the nature of the actions, particularly in real time and what opens the door to full realization.

First Shot of Shingrix on Tuesday: Side Effects Started Yesterday

Long story short, I was given an exemption to get Shingrix paid for by my insuror and my doctor took the chance of writing it for me due to a chronic pain issue where the the same nerves in an injured area are also affected. We want to be able to reduce my pain and see how much is actually coming from the Zoster virus (PHN) and what from the injuries.

Got the vaccine on Tuesday morning, took it easy, stayed a bit active. Wednesday was having pain in the lower back on the right side where I have typically two spots that appear and feel like mosquito bites. Came home, went to sleep and couldn't even stay awake. Had pain throughout the night in the affected area of my lower back and right leg and took pain medication for it. Today I essentially spent the entire day sleeping. Extremely tired, but no more pain and appear to be coming out of the extreme fatigue. Temperature was elevated, but not squarely into fever area. So I had the vaccine reaction and at least I can be happy to know for sure that there is something going on. The pain is a fascinating one, however.

Why Do Avoidants Often Obsessively Learn About Attachment Theory, Partners Deeply Learn it to Understand Their Avoidant, but Avoidants Specifically Omit Learning About What "Secure" Means and How to Understand Their Secures?

As the title states. I noted that many avoidants are obsessed with learning about Attachment Theory and often intellectualize it and even weaponize it against others, but they often completely avoid learning about what it means and looks like to be secure and often can't even identify it IRL.

Why is this?

Albanians are vigorously protesting/boycotting a Trump family land grab in their country. Serbians are protesting their government in the millions. Why are Americans so passive?

Why does it seem like Americans are waiting for someone else to stop this or worse, they don't care at all?

Instinct 3 Tactical Solar 50 or an I3 Solar 50 for 160 Euros less?

I've had only tacticals since the v1 and now I'm eying a local sale on the standard solar 50 and it seems good.

Didn't Garmin sort of converge the Tactical and standard editions so many features are now open to the standard editions?

The Ripley-Cargill Championship Match was Exciting

What a phenomenal match from both of them. People have been complaining, mostly from where Cargill used to be, but now she seems so much more comfortable and is executing more moves, such as that wild DDT.

FULL EPISODE: Scott Hall declares war on WCW: WCW Monday Nitro, May 27, ...

WCW posted the episode in full for those of you that have only seen the clips or partial episodes. This is the one where Scott Hall shows up and interrupts Mike Enos' match while it was getting really interesting.

On another note, I never noticed before Heenan at the close of the show transitioning towards the end of Hall's callout to look like he saw a ghost and then was worried.
