✅A lot of options in settings.

✅Ray Tracing.

✅DLSS, FSR 4, and many other options.

✅HDR looks crisp and doesn't look like it'll need me to mod it for it to work which is a W.

✦━━━ GAMEPLAY ━━━✦

✅I feel very familiar with Cronos: The New Dawn even though I never played it before. The team who created this game knew how to ease fans of the Horror genre into this new IP. Sometimes, I felt it's Resident Evil coded, while other times it leaned towards Silent Hill in my mind.

✅That said, the more you play: you realize, it's its own thing! I really love the atmosphere in this game. It's so eerie. So mysterious.

✅This feature was amazing to discover: if an enemy finds another corpse, they will consume them. If you're too late to stop it, they will grow stronger! This is such a fun feature!

✦━━━ AUDIO ━━━✦

I have a decent audio set up. There were moments where I couldn't tell if the audio was in the headset or in the room. The team did a great job with the audio.

Some voice acting for the lore recordings was a bit flat but maybet that's the intended intonation? Society seems to be quite fractured in this game's lore.

Cronos: The New Dawn is a 2025 survival horror game developed and published by Bloober Team. The game was released for Linux, Nintendo Switch 2, PlayStation 5, Windows, and Xbox Series X/S on 5 September 2025, to positive reviews. By 26 November 2025, it had sold 500,000 units.

1. True Passion for Crimson Desert & Gaming in general: You love the game, the lore, the camp system, the faction story, Kliff and the crew, mounts, builds, updates. You’re also ready to be active in the community and excited to help it grow.
2. Active & Reliable on Reddit. At least 20K Post Karma and comment Karma.
3. Fair, Level-Headed, Inclusive, Mature and Respectful!
4. You can enforce rules calmly and impartially. No drama, no power-tripping. We want a welcoming space for all fans. You follow Rediquette and Reddit’s content policy.
5. Clear writing for modmails, removal reasons, announcements, and community posts. Friendly and helpful tone.
6. Realistic availability (even 30 minutes most days is great when starting)
7. Willingness to Learn OR to teach since I'm new to this too.

Bonus Points (not required but awesome): Deep game knowledge (camp management, Greymane commissions, updates, etc.)
