Word used to always pop up with a window after pressing X, to save it locally but you had the option to change to the cloud if you wanted to. Today I typed up a document and when I pressed to close it down, the pop up just asks if I want to save my changes but doesn’t have the option to change to online anymore.
Using an older version (2019) of word but I never had this issue before?

I’m late on my period by 20 days (last one was end of June) so unsure if connected, probably not.

Yesterday I ate a load of random stuff for lunch cause I didn’t know what to eat. (A tiny bit Leftover Korean chicken and rice from 2 days before, macarons, quorn chicken pieces with hummus and celery - I feel nauseous just typing all this stuff).

Hours later at around 3-4, I started feeling nauseous, right in the middle of my stomach. I thought it was just anxiety as anxiety can make me feel like this sometimes. I thought it was because we were taking our dog to the vet for the first time since having her, and didn’t know how she’d react. The feeling persisted though, even after the vet.

Around 6-7 I was still nauseous and lethargic at this point. Normally I’m running around doing things around the house. I had a lot of cleaning and tidying to do but couldn’t physically do it. This is VERY unlike me, so I knew I had a problem.

Went for a hot bath and when I got out, I was very cold - I had chills. So I put my winter PJs on (it’s summer and the weather has been really hot but more mild yesterday) and my other half made some food for us. I tried 2 bites and both bites I felt nauseous so I didn’t eat the rest.

I was then still really cold so had a blanket on and 2 hot water bottles. Temperature was at 37, so normal.

Then I woke up maybe about an hour or so later and I was boiling. My insides felt hot, I was sweating, so I changed into a nighty. Took my temperature again and it was still 37!

I also had diarrhoea at that point. I’d had 2 💩 before this, first one was fine and second was a little loose but this one was just basically water. I also had one in the morning but that was normal and I felt fine then.

Sleeping and laying down flat actually made me feel better and thought oh it must’ve been just a short bug. But when I stood up to go to the toilet I still felt really hot and nauseous.

Just now I had to rush to the toilet for diarrhoea, again coming out like water.

I wasn’t sure if it was food poisoning or gastroenteritis but I think it may be the latter.
I haven’t vomited and hope I don’t.
My back and muscles/bones feel tender especially my lower back but I usually do have lower back pain.

Any ideas?

Recently signed up with my gmail to some utilities and today I had a spam email arrive regarding cashback (it was Canadian dollars rather than Pounds so definitely spam!).

I also recently activated some cashback offers based in the UK, through my bank.

I'm sure it's coincidence but I can't help feeling uneasy about it! I'm assuming the email was passed on to spam companies / leaked after I signed up to the utilities.

Anyone ever had this?

I know spam's spam but I'm a bit paranoid lol

Been a customer for 5 years. I didn’t realise this but they put me on a monthly rolling contract last year rather than the usual 12 month fixed. Which has become a problem because I’ve moved and can’t seem to get someone to respond to me to close the damn account!
I emailed before the end of July to let them know, to make sure I don’t pay any exit fees. They replied before the end of the month asking me to confirm my details. Did that on the same day, haven’t heard anything since.

Went for an OCT eye test today cause I was getting a light in the corner of my left eye every now and again. Done loads of different tests like the puff test, field test, photograph etc. the puff test for the eye pressure showed 24 and he said that was on the higher end of “normal” and then he put tropicamide 1% to dilate the eye and flash a light in both to see further.. and they did the field test after the eye drops. He then did the pressure test before I left and it was still the same.
I got a bit scared though because he said if the pressure is too high, the eye drop might react badly and then I may need to go to hospital to take a pill or something but he was confident it was okay.
I asked if it DID require me to go hospital, what would be the symptoms? So he said headache, eye would be red etc.
I have OCD and health anxiety and would like another opinion.. it’s only been a couple of hours and eye still feels a little blurry (like I have a layer of something over the middle of my eye) but he said that’ll be normal and can take 6-8 hours.

My camera says connected but when I click to watch the feed it loads until it says more help/retry. No videos recorded on it either.
My other one works fine.

My Amazon parcel was sent via Royal Mail.

Missed it so went on the RM website to reschedule it for tomorrow, but the Amazon app says it's ready for collection at the collection point?! No idea what the 'collection point' is. The RM tracking site still says redelivery tomorrow.

Chrome has do not redirect turned on and a suspicious website warning turned on, but nothing flagged anything when it took me to that page.

Nothing in my downloads folder or extensions folder.

I looked up the website on ssltrust dot co dot uk website and it has 1 positive match (for malware? not sure). Can it do anything in the background or affect the wifi?

I'm paranoid because I inputted a couple of passwords after going on that website (to log into reddit and my work account). I did a microsoft defender scan and it came back okay.

Was on a dogforum website and it redirected me to WinandShine dot asia!? Proper scammy website. I'm scared it may have downloaded something in the background or something?!

We have a socket opposite the bed that my other half likes to use to charge his phone at night. I have to remember to climb over it so I can get to my side, so obviously I end up forgetting and tripped over it twice in the past month, which ended up pulling the plugs sideways.

Last night it happened and the plug that was in ended up having one of the prongs bent from me pulling it sideways with my foot. Is the socket fine to still use? I'm going to try and deter him from using it at night obviously, but wanted to know if the socket would be safe or if it's likely that something's pulled/damaged in the socket.

I used a socket tester on it afterwards and it was okay.

My rescue dog is currently on pet plan insurance only for a month, so I need to find a new insurer.

Unfortunately, pet plan only offers me up to £3K, and won't do lifetime cover. This is only for 12 months, at £89 per month.

Waggel for £5000 is £66 per month but I keep reading mixed reviews.

Napo foe £12K it's £87 per month I keep reading mixed reviews, as well as Animal Friends (especially the last few months on 1 star reviews).
