I be getting random friend requests on discord from people with vrc pfps. I dont know them on vrchat and i have no mutual friends or servers with them. Why does this happen so often? What can i do to stop these people from pestering me? Are they scams?

Why are there so many public instances that kick me upon join? I get not wanting randoms but just make it private. I assumed it was because i had low rank but i am not sure.
I love my dog I really do but he barks for probably a third of the day straight and i literally can not deal with it anymore. I have noise cancelling headphones and am in a completely different room yet i can still hear him over anything i listen to, even at max volume and that is ABSURD. He has had a lot of problems the last few years. He jumps at anyone who doesnt live here coming into the house. When we have people over we have to put him in a room and there have been times where he has jumped at people like delivery drivers and even bit one once (it was a minor bite and didnt cause any bad injury or anything thank god). This has been ever since covid. In 2020 my parents got divorced (this is our family dog) and my father, who was the dog's favorite person, moved away while we kept the dog. In combination between that and covid where we didnt really socialize him well results in him barking at anyone/anything. We cant even take him on walks outside of our own yard. He is 11 years old and some sort of lab mixed, he is medium sized dog. I know he probably only has a few years left in him and i dont want him barking his voice out or whatever. Is my family doing something wrong with the dog? He literally cant be with any other animals except my family and our other dog, who is a way bigger problem. Not really a reactive dog but our other dog will piss and shit literally anywhere, including in her own crate. She also eats literally anything, also including her own crate and it is absurd, i have no clue how she isnt sick or dying. We got her when she was like 5 or something, and the people we got her from lied and said she was fully potty trained which was not true at all and it is such a problem i wonder if we are sick from her. She barks more often than the other dog but she is quiet and small so it isnt as much of a bother but it is still a problem because the first dog i mentioned will bark whenever she barks.
I am only 15 so it is out of control what my family does with our dogs but i just want some idea what we have been doing wrong with them because i both feel horrible for them and i also feel horrible myself cause of the shit i deal with cause of them.
I feel like there are so many words that alot of people use that i later find out are aave. And there is a disproportinately higher amount of black artists and musicians than any other race. I was just wondering why this even is. Like in america they make up only 14% of people but they make up like 30% of musicians I see which is very interesting to me. There are way more music genres that were pioneered by black people than i thought, like you guys came up with way more than rap and soul. Im not saying this is a bad thing but like just curious
