But, you never know. Trump might steal it, give a cut to Scott Bessent and fiends, and pretend he didn't, and the rest of the c*cked system just goes along with it.

>The MP Ramón López, a member of the 2015 National Assembly delegation taking part in the dialogue tables, told a national television channel that the release of those assets would be conditional on "all the necessary planning and control mechanisms", under a plan focused on housing, health centres and schools in the affected areas.

>López added that the funds would be deposited in accounts of the US Treasury Department and subjected to audits by international firms as a condition for their disbursement.

>The political leader stressed that the agreement does not involve a trade-off between the release of the gold and a reform of the Supreme Court of Justice, an issue that was also discussed at the technical meetings along with strengthening the judiciary and the electoral authority.

This project is close to my heart: the Bernat Klein Studio (ruined building to be saved!)

This would be perfect for a Cassette Futurist world like the OG Blade Runner or Aliens as a rural mansion! Just add CRTs, old surveillance cameras, 70s computer terminals and a synthetics charging port!

Scottish Historic Buildings Trust (SHBT) has launched the search for a conservation design team to lead the restoration of the Bernat Klein Studio, Peter Womersley's Category A-listed modernist building near Selkirk in the Scottish Borders.

The Contract Notice is published on Public Contracts Scotland with a submission deadline of noon on Friday 11th September.

Dr Samuel Gallacher, Director of SHBT, said: "The Bernat Klein Studio is one of the most significant buildings of its era in Scotland, and this appointment of a design team is the point at which we progress from rescue to restoration.

"Indeed, this is a seminal project for SHBT, a new approach to conserving modernist architecture. We are looking for a team with the skill and imagination to bring a remarkable building back into use, and to do justice to the legacies of both Bernat Klein and Peter Womersley."

The restoration of the Studio is being led by Scottish Historic Buildings Trust in partnership with National Trust for Scotland and the Bernat Klein Foundation. The procurement process to select the design team is being supported by The Royal Incorporation of Architects in Scotland (RIAS).

The first phase of the project to restore the Studio is being supported by The National Lottery Heritage Fund, alongside a range of other funders, including The Architectural Heritage Fund, Pilgrim Trust, Path Fund, William Grant Foundation and Scottish Borders Council.
