Iam 20, just graduated and working a acceptable trade job. Since Im still living with my parents, I can save my whole paycheck. Which is approx. 1000euros converted price.
My first goal is to buy a house, since we have high inflation, the loan installment keeps decreasing in value, while rents increasing.
But bank doesnt give the whole money for the house because of laws. Long story short, 3mil for a minimum acceptable house, I have to put at least 1.5mil down. For referance, rent for a house like that is 15-20k and my wage is 55k without overtime.
I have to save money for 2-3 year without spending a penny, what can I do while saving? 3 isnt short period for fund investmend right?
