WA state. No court order is filed.

My ex has been completely MIA and deadbeat (NO CS) last 2 years. This time for sure he feels comfortable enough not to provide at all -He well-planned everything to get away with this (Hiding all his assets for an example)

Rental lease his name and I are listed and we both signed the lease. He moved out but never signed an new rental agreement.

Before that, he would pay rent money $300 (here there) directly to my landlord inconsistently-he paid it whenever he felt like it or 6 months no rent money. he NEVER paid CS or any money directly to me. ONLY sent $300 to my landlord. He does not provide anything else, no kid clothes, school stuffs etc. I am on my own to take care of my kids. He did not care to visit the kids much either back then and now just completely gone 2 years.

Will it consider part of CS? It is inconsistent, $300 3-4 times a year to landlord and many month gap in between. How do I average how much he support in a year?

A while back Someone from government dept told me yes it considerate CS, so I did not think I needed to file CS in court but now he hides so well, can not locate him

I am considering to buy a APPLE TV 4K streaming device, but I saw someone posted a question asking if HDMI come with it on a website. The answer was no, purchase separately. Do I need to it? If so, any good recommendations that is not too expensive?

I do not know much about tech stuffs. Costco has a good return policy so I will usually check there. I need to buy a streaming device, easy to use and install.

Is it same as Roku Ultra LT streaming device? It is cheaper $59 to $ 90.

Which ones will you suggest?

Roku one, should I buy at Amazon? If so, which ones should I pick, there are so many sellers, I do not know which seller to buy from? Honestly I do not even really know which one exactly Roku device I should get?

I saw Ebay sell it too about $45 to 60..........but again so many device names are little different. What is the Roku device full names?
