Thoughts on buying a house in Pouch Cove?

Looking at buying a house, and a potential opportunity came up to build one in Pouch Cove. We currently live in St John’s, commute not a huge deal, we are mid twenties couple. Anyone have experience and thoughts living there?

Speeding ticket from camera

Got a $650 ticket for going 59 in a 30 one Waterford bridge road. Obviously my fault, though I’ve been super aware and I guess just wasn’t careful enough this time. Has anyone had luck protesting these?

I’m also worried I’m gonna get a bunch more from that time period, as I would’ve adjusted my driving. Anyone have experience?

Puppy randomly won't settle in crate

Hey folks our golden doodle is almost 5 months, and for the past 2 months I've been crating him for 3 ish hours while im at work, coming home, taking him out and relaxing for 45mins then back in, and he'd sleep all the way through.

Over the past couple of days though, he hasn't been able to settle. He'll try to sleep then get up bark move around, and ultimately never sleep. He did just lose a Huge tooth today and is teething, could that be the reason? Nothing else has changed and he still has all of his energy.

A couple days ago when we crate him while we ran errands, we came home to his toy and part of himself covered in saliva.

Will he regress, or get over this? Should we look into moving into pen? advice would be great, hes also been fine at night.

Going on vacation and leaving 8month old puppy, need advice!

Hey folks, we currently have a near 5 month old mini golden doodle, and he's been really good. Me and my gf are planning a 1.5 week long trip in october, where he'll be around 8 months old. He would be staying with my gf's aunt, whose house we've been to before.

I'm just wondering, is this too young to leave him? He's pretty much fully potty trained, crate trained and doing well, and I'm worried this will undo that.

Thanks!
