How much should I charge for $40,000 home and 20,000 in repairs? So 60,000 total in investments?

I want to be ethical, and make the right choice. I do not want to make it harder for people to rent too, but I also want to make sure I’m making a profit.

How do you guys collect rent?

My family uses a company, but I feel we are wasting money on that type of management when we can do it by ourselves. I was curious though on how other people collect money from their tenants. Is it given to you via cash, Cash App, or some other service?? Please let me know!

I have a family BUISNESS and really need help!

Hi I am 27 years old. I have no experience in housing. My father was going to show me the ropes, but sadly passed away. I have around 5 houses that he left me with, and wanted to expand those houses to make in more revenue(I only make around 2,000 a month). This would mean buying more houses but I have no idea where to start at, and I can’t afford to buy more property right now. What would any of you do in my situation, and how would you expand in this field? I’ll take any advice. Please help!

How do you guys have self control with spending?

Obviously. Just don’t spend. However, I’m looking for thought processes or tips. I have a really bad spending problem and I would love to try to get better.

Where do you guys find women?

I wanted to get back into the dating scene but I’ve been out of it for a while. Where do you guys find women? Do you just talk to random women or do you use online dating?

How do I get of this stuck mode I’ve been in for 3 years. I want to change!

I have been in a horrible mode since my father passed away. I used to be very athletic and now I’ve become fat, and lazy. I’m 27. I want to make a change but every time I try it’s like I fail and just keep thinking about bad things. Even with things I used to really enjoy. What is it that I could do to change? (Do not hold back I want 100% honesty even if it’s mean).

My friends knew my ex was cheating on me and said nothing. Are these people even my friends? What should I do?

I had a gf who was very manipulating and very toxic. She had daddy issues and wanted to be under me every second. One day my friends and her planned a trip for us to go on and I couldn’t go because I had work. On this trip and further trips my gf was cheating on me and my friends told me nothing. They actually assumed that I had done “something to her”. Even though they never had the decency to talk to me about anything. When I confronted my friend I was meet with “it wasn’t my business so I didn’t get involved”. This concerned me, because what if I had of gotten an std or something. I can get over a girl, but idk who she was messing with. I could have caught a lifelong disease. I just want to know if you guys think these people are my friends and if I should continue to associate with them or what should I do? Any help will be beneficial!

What was your starting salary after school?

I wanted to just know about people’s salary starting out. To know what to expect and not sell myself short.

I can’t stop thinking about the past.

I am 27. I can’t stop thinking about the past. Past anger where people have hurt me, past relationships I’ve ruined, past betrayal from my family and peers. Stuff I thought I let go and forgive still plagues my heart. I can’t stop thinking about everything. Even how miserable my own life is currently. Does anyone have any advice?

How do you guys get better at talking with girls?

I am 27, and I’m not an ugly person. However, I get nervous and anxious around women. I have had gfs in the past but I’ve been told that if I was not attractive then they would have never talked to me. How can I get better at talking to women and what do you guys do to get over this anxiety?

I can’t find motivation to do anything.

I am 27, and ever since my father passed 3 years ago I feel stagnant. I do not have motivation to do a lot anymore. Despite me wanting to do certain things. I get down on myself and can’t even find joy in doing anything I used to enjoy because it feels meaningless. I live with my mom currently and I feel like I’m her slave sometimes as well. I have graduated college and got a masters and now trying to pursue a doctorate, but I don’t even have the motivation to right my personal statement. If anybody has any advice that could help me feel motivated to accomplish my goals. I would be all ears, and grateful. Sorry if this is a trauma dump.
