The way I choose dlc was I kept the clean-slate mindset ignoring everything that came before, ring-fit, min-min was chosen due to its sales and there oddball staTus Rosalina is dlc because despite her popularity she is viewed as a secondary character see the wonder dlc and the Galaxy movie, skull kid and bandana Dee were selected as the most requested picks inspired by the smash ballot and C falcon and rob were chosen as the needed retro picks for the game In the same vain as game & watch, this was also influenced by f-zero 99 and robs appearance in the Galaxy movie I may add aswell Starfox only got one rep for this very reason as well. I believe this could make the game stand out from the other games, with the design philosophy being that each fighter would look like they were actually invited to partake in a fighting tournament and each dressed accordingly, additionally the one of the many things I felt is lacking in smash is true cohesion and I think this could fix that.
