Turned portabello mushrooms into a creamy orzo dish with spinach and parmesan.

This was day 2 using what's in the pantry. I had 12 oz portobello to use up before it expired and orzo, small piece of parmesan, box of veggie broth, spinach, lemons. Of course always have onions and garlic.

I finally took the time to assemble an Italian sub

French roll from Vietnamese grocery, salami and pepperoni, provolone, sharp provolone, cheddar cheese, hot banana peppers, Fresno chili peppers, crispy shredded lettuce, sliced ripe tomato, white onions, oil & vinegar, s&p, Terra Delyssa olive oil, garlic powder, oregano, Dijon mustard, and lastly Duke's mayo.

Day 2 using brioche bread with hickory smoked deli ham and mix of grated mild cheddar and habanero cheddar for extra kick. Sprinkled grated sharp provolone in the pan for added texture.
