It's sloppy for a reason...

And it's not too difficult to make using ketchup, onions, peppers, garlic and brown sugar and lb of ground beef.

One of my favorite childhood sandwiches

And it's not too difficult to make using ketchup, onions, peppers, garlic and brown sugar.

Using what I had at hand type of meal. Sloppy Joe using just ketchup, onions, sweet peppers, garlic, brown sugar and 1lb ground beef.

Recipe called for 1.5 lb but I only had pound and it still came out great. Juicy tender and sweet.

Spicy tuna crunch melt

I had alot of carrots to use up so I added to my tuna salad. Then decided to add some heat with Fresno peppers and Martin's chip for crunch. I used the last 2 remaining American cheese so I could start using the Cooper cheese.

Spicy Tuna Crunch Melt

Tried a different tuna recipe that included carrots which I had plenty of. Then added heat with Fresno peppers and crunch with crushed Martin's chips. Used 2 remaining American cheese and one slice of Cooper cheese.

Made a 6 piece fish nugget sandwich from Trader Joe’s Battered Fish Nuggets.

I always pick one up on my trip and never disappointed. Melted 2 American cheese on sesame brioche buns.
