Gpu fans, making loud noise and speed spiking when hitting 80c or 70% fan speed while gaming, I’ve made a list and a video of what I’ve tried already but no fix.

1.Adjust curve and delay in fan control then tried Msi afterburner separately

Cleaned the entire pc dust & fans& replugged everything
