Crimson Desert or Monster Hunter Wilds?
I’m torn between these two titles and would love to get your input.
To give you an idea of what I like: I'm looking for a game with strong RPG mechanics (character leveling, gear progression with weapons/armor, plenty of farming) and top-tier graphics (which is why I'm looking at Wilds instead of Rise). I couldn't care less about the story, my focus is purely on gameplay, progression, and the satisfaction of building up my character.
- Monster Hunter Wilds: This would be my first Monster Hunter game. I played the demo and the gameplay felt really fun. My main concern is whether it might get repetitive in the long run. Also, the setting and color palette don't particularly blow me away.
- Crimson Desert: I haven't been able to try it out, but visually, in terms of colors, art direction, and world design, I definitely prefer it over Wilds.
Given these preferences, which one do you think would be the better fit for me?
