Basically as the title says, tempted to get some older Mecha from Power Rangers shows I grew up with and Super Sentai's output is probably the best bet after Hasbro has shit the bed with the franchise.

But navigating Japanese language sites when Chrome's translator doesn't always kick in becomes a bear when figuring if they even ship to my country .

(And no shipping to the USA and crossing the border to pickup is not viable for the next 2.5 years, I don't feel safe crossing ).

So if anyone knows which sites will ship to my country and have a decent selection of the mecha toys, I would greatly appreciate it.

So like a lot of you were all still on the fence if this Superboy will be the clone route or the son of Clark and Lois .

With arguments/evidence one way or another.

Some arguing that with all of Clarks talk of marriege, a farm and a kid, that of course Lois will be pregnant soon.

Others feeling that the classic 90's clone Superboy has more to do with the Death/Return of Superman that this season seems to be a retelling of.

Others are leaning towards it being the son route with a fakeout to really being a clone by Lex either future or present to mess with Clark.

Except..... the last scene of episode 3 showed something that would work against a secret ploy by Lex to trick everyone.

Future Jimmy Olsen and Future John Henry Irons fighting to protect them long enough to send back in time.

Any ploy by a present Lex would NEVER have them on his side.

As releasing Superboy into the wild with his "assumed" mission would mean he would willingly search the two men out as he knows them in the future and trusts them to be let in on the secret, risking any potential scheming Lex has.

If this truly was a ploy , it would be "future" DeathStroke or maybe a early cameo Mercy Graves defending them to send Superboy back.

People subservient to Lex who would follow his lies.

Maybe I am overthinking this and I am missing something.

But I think appearance of two men that Lex really really does not get along with protecting him and Superboy , leans me towards this being legitimate time travel and likely uninvolved cloning.

Long story short, a few months into a new job and wanting to endear myself to New co-workers with treats. It's too hot for most of summer for me to be personally baking. So buying is the next best option. Which I have done a few times. Unfortunately I have to with most days with traffic be on the road shortly after 7 to be on time and many places don't open until after work has started. Sure I can grab on lunch but that limits options within lunch break time. If anyone knows any decent bakeries in town that are open super early is greatly appreciate it. So watching Retro Badgers videos on Bridge Commander remastered have me interested and with the GOG summer sale I can get it on cheap.

I understand the two biggest mods are Orion and Delta Orion.

I want to try and figure out which one is better to install first for some one who has never played Bridge Commander before?

Or is one of them currently more or less stable then the other?

So taking another crack at FE6 to finally beat it and mark it off my checklist after so many years when I first attempted on a fan modified cartridge with the English script .

I am doing this emulated this time in large part due to the above mentioned topic title.

Enemy reinforcements being able to act on the same turn they spawn.

Already ran into quite badly in chapter 4 with Rutger spawning close to my main forces and having to reload my saves like 5/6 times to maneuver the few units on the turn before he spawns where they all end up surviving not eating a critical from him.

Similarly from my earlier attempts at FE6 I remember 11B in particular where I have to rush to the sound to save the fleeing villagers, not let Bartre die and keep all my units alive.

After a few attempts I finally pull it off, everyone is at the bottom of the map, only the boss left to defeat.

Now most of my units need healing, so I figure heal up next turn, and then beat the boss and clear the chapter....only for a freaking bandit to spawn, go up to a nearly dead Dorothy and one shot her dead.

Suffice to say I was pissed and you can see why its taken me a while to come back.

This time around I plan to save scumm hard and arena abuse to give myself a edge against the games cheapness.

But I am curious if anyone does actually like it when the enemy can attack before you can react.

For me personally, Fire Emblem challenges should come from how you react to challenges put in front of you, you can be surprised, but with the unit cap disparity in most missions, you should have the fairness of being able to have a full turn to plan out your defense/counterattack.

Basically as the title says. I'm still working through the EE editions of Baldur's Gate 1 and 2. But I think it's looking like my human CHARNAME paladin is going to end up with Aerie. I was considering role-playing my Paladin in BG3 as the half Elf grandson or great grandson of my protagonist from the first two games. What I want to know is compared to doing a plain vanilla human Paladin how much more optimal or suboptimal would a half Elf be in the class. Will I be restricted out of any kinds of armor or weapons or is there any kinds of nice racial bonuses I will get that compliment well with the class? Any insights would be greatly appreciated. Also sorry for the poor formatting I'm doing this on the mobile.

Sorry for the words of the title I had limited characters. In short because it just started today I poked at the summer sale on gog.com . And I see it's still being sold at full price. for those who have been dealing with this game longer than I have it's just more of a case where it's not going to go on sale for this event or will it be a flash sale like only for 8 hours. I have been wanting to get this game for a long time now but I have been waiting for a discount of some kind. so is it better to keep an eye on gog.com for a flash sale or wait until next week with steam and hope there's some kind of decent discount?

Hoping to get Time Stranger next month its out on Switch and looking at the DLC mostly has me feeling cold.

Most of the outfits are ehh to me (though the Tai from adventure one is tempting to put on my MC I will admit).

The USB and Bonds are just getting stuff early I can get in game I gather or at least comparable like the USBS.

And the story ones from what I am told are incredibly short for the price and unlike other games, getting more monster options doesn't do much here as the base roster is already so high I will have a hard time choosing my endgame team.

And do we really need more Omnimon alts...honestly do we?

Also does anyone actually like the Bancho evolutions ?

But that is just my opinion has someone who hasn't played the game yet outside of the demo, so I would love peoples opinions a few months in now if they feel any of the DLC are worth it.

Please lets not start a Sub VS Dub fight, I am too tired and considering Utena's dub VA passed away not too long ago, lets all have some decorum.

Yet nowhere either in the website or youtube trailer do I see specific mention of the cast, just the original Japanese audio.

I have a soft spot for the utter drug trip that is the movie and the English Dub for all its flaws is part of that.

If anyone has any confirmed information I would greatly appreciate it.

As is I am looking at a 2 hour round trip to see this if I do so , and if its sub only I can't justify that .

Long story short I think I need a tire retoque and a oil change as my car was acting up today, it was a whole ordeal.

Basically as the title says, I don't drink personally (nothing against it, I just don't like to lose control and I already eat unhealthy foods , adding alcohol is asking for trouble).

But someone did me a solid a while back and when I asked to pay for their services, they said to just when things go through to get them a case of beer.

Well I like to fulfill my obligations, so when I am out next I will get a case (probably ask BIL for his input on what brand ).

But I have no clue what is a good price for beer/where to go looking. Is it the liquor store on Sumas Way, SevenOaks, High Street, the Save on Food with the alcohol department...I really don't know.

So any knowledge those better versed would be greatly appreciated .
