I have read all the pinned posts and I have searched the megathread.

Was hoping to take the kids to the beach and to hit up pleasure pier one day but the forecast isn't looking too good. I currently live in North Texas and have never been. Should I just cancel? I really don't want to spend the entire time indoors.

Not sure how the management structure is at Amazon or the starting pay. What are the higher management positions that I could qualify for and the starting pay?

Plan on taking the family to Galveston In a couple weeks if the weather is good. If not then we are going to cancel the trip. What I don't want is it raining the entire time we're there. I figured being on the windy coast the storms and rain just pass through quickly but I'm not sure since I've never been. Am I looking too much into it or should I just go anyway?

Issue started this morning. I went to start the car and it didn't turn over. No sound but the dash lights worked fine. Tried a 2nd time and it started just fine so I went to work. About 4 hours later I tried to start it and the same thing happened again. Tried 2 times in a row and nothing. On the 3rd turn, it started fine. Couple hours later it started just fine. Couple hours after that, it started fine again. Does anyone know what the issue could have been?
