Constant bad taste in mouth/throat?

Do other people have this? How to get rid of it?

I have really bad acid reflux and have been taking meds and changing my diet, but still having a lot of symptoms. The worst one for me right now is the acidic, sour taste in the back of my mouth after eating ANYTHING. Water helps only for a second, mouthwash almost makes it worse. tums too.

Any other gym rats/bodybuilders here struggling?

The struggle is so real.

Trying to bulk is a nightmare when everything makes my stomach hurt and gives me symptoms. Having to superset every exercise with a shit break. Finding a protein powder that doesn’t upset my stomach or bank account feels impossible. Always bloated at the gym after my pre-workout. I could seriously go on and on.

Anyone else relate or is this too niche lol

New haircut has me feeling like a lesbian. Also how big of a difference does the septum make?

how bad is it? I’m getting some gel to try and style it better, but this is the shortest hair I’ve ever had and I feel so self conscious.

Love my piercings, but been thinking about taking them out if means it’ll make me pass better.

any advice appreciated 🙏

edit: Also, age??

My friend never pays for stuff, how to navigate this?

To start off, I have this very good friend who I’ve known for a very long time. We are both 16 and neither of us come from very wealthy families. Whenever we hang out, it’s usually me inviting her to things, coming up with ideas of places to go, and it’s my parents who do all of the transportation (neither of us have our licenses yet and her parents work a lot).

Anyways, it seems like I’m always expected to pay for both of us. I think it started because when we were younger my mom always paid for both of us because she loves giving and it was never questioned. Now, I’m older of course and have my own money. But, my friend still always expects me to pay for her, either she says she forgot her wallet or just doesn’t say anything when we go to pay for anything (movies, gas station snacks, pottery painting, etc). I know she doesn’t have as much extra money as I do, because I do a lot of saving and sell stuff online, and she likes to spend her cash quickly on shopping and doesn’t have a job.

We don’t have serious conversations or confrontations pretty much ever. How can I address this in a way that won’t be awkward or come off as rude?

I keep getting that feeling when i’m about to tic, but even after I do the tic, i still feel that painful itch. Like a sneeze that won’t come out. It‘s extremely uncomfortable and lasts up to a minute or so. When it happens, I either cant move. or I end up ticking 10-15 times in a row until it goes away.

Does this happen to anyone else?? Any way to manage this?🥲 It feels different than a tic attack to me

Not new to crochet, but only recently started tapestry and blocking. The first pic is my blocking setup (I soaked in warm water and dish soap before laying them out). Last 3 pics are panels I’ve already blocked. They’re less wavy and uneven than they were before, but they’re still not very straight or flat :(
