I have an iPad Pro m5, Magic Keyboard and KUXIU X44 magnetic charging stand. When switching between Magic Keyboard, charging stand and only iPad, getting the on screen keyboard to appear/disappear is very inconsistent.
I’ve added the Assistive Touch button to the control panel assuming it’ll at least allow me to manually switch between on screen keyboard to external keyboard when the IPad is attached to either the charging stand or the Magic Keyboad if it won’t do it automatically but it’s really inconsistent. I find that sometimes the on screen keyboard won’t go away unless I detach the iPad and reattach to the Magic Keyboard or it won’t appear unless I detach and reattach to the charging stand.
Is there a way to get it to switch automatically? I’d like the on screen keyboard to automatically disappear when attached to the Magic Keyboard and automatically appear when attached to charging stand. Right now, not even the Assistive Touch button really helps and the only way is to reattach.

I also already have Rawlins sunglasses with polarized lenses and they’re too dark to wear indoors and not good to use with phone. What should I ask for that has a light to medium tint?

If you pay $600+ for sunglasses and opt for non-polarized, would it be a waste of money? I just hate the rainbow and dark contrast looking at phone and screens.
They won’t stop mailing me flyers in the mail. When calling them to tell them to stop sending me flyers, they told me they can’t make that change and told me to go in person to tell them to try to get me to play. I went in person anyway to the Rewards center to tell them to stop sending me flyers in the mail and they said they made that change. This was a month ago.

I was talking to this girl over the phone I matched with on Bumble for about 2 weeks. Our conversation seemed to flow and we got along well over the phone. We finally planned to meet when our schedule worked and went to a hot pot buffet dinner (her suggestion). When we met I couldn’t even recognize her face at first. She seemed 6 years older than her photos and about 20-25lbs heavier but it was obviously her. Regardless, I was being very respectful and polite and spoke the same way we did over the phone. Or at least I tried but I think it seemed forced and she could tell. Halfway through the vibe got a little awkward because we ran out of things to talk about and mostly just ate.
Even though I don’t think there will be a second date, I’m wondering how I should handle a situation like that next time? I did not bring up the difference in looks in person vs her dating photos because I wasn’t sure how’d she take it. Is that something you usually bring up if someone looks different?
In NYC, is it common to break a lease to move and get charged until the unit is filled? Or can they be charged for all remaining months of the lease term? I’d imagine moving is pretty common but being able to time your move exactly when your lease ends can be difficult.
I want to move but I’m wondering if I should wait until my lease ends in 6 months or just move now and pay the difference until unit is filled. I currently stay at an apartment from a big real estate company that owns a few properties in NYC if that makes a difference.
