Why is it for the NBA Europe games, they never put a game between two good contending teams? It’s always one good/average vs a tanking team.

So this year I’m pretty sure it’s going to be Spurs vs Pelicans for both of the Europe matchups. Obviously Wemby is a global superstar but wouldn’t it be better if the spurs played the lakers or thunder for example? Even if we look at last year, the matchup was grizzlies vs magic

What was the most anticipated and talked about non-finals series since 2020?

I think I have 5 on the top of my head:
Nuggets Twolves 2024 second round
Lakers Warriors 2023 second round
Spurs Thunder 2026 WCF
Boston Milwaukee 2022 second round
Pacers Knicks 2025 ECF

If I wanted to have a sweet Cinnamon/vanilla smell all day what cologne, body wash, deodorant, shampoo and lotion would you recommend

I’m 24 and it seems as vanilla is the most sexy scent. I wouldn’t spend more than $250 on a cologne, I have heard that SWY intensely is the best sweet scent but many say it’s overrated.

Are NBA superstars more famous than NFL superstars in America?

Ever since the 80s, the most famous athlete in America has always been a basketball player whether it was Magic, bird, MJ, Shaq, Kobe, LBJ, Curry and soon to be Wemby. Although I don’t understand how the NFL gets far more viewership numbers than the nba but their stars don’t have that type of fame. It’s honestly not crazy to say that there are 10 nba players who are more recognizable than the most famous active nfl player (excluding Mahomes and Kelce)

What would be the biggest for the NBA revenue and ratings wise next year? Wemby first title, Luka wins one for LA, Knicks go back to back, LeBron last dance title?

New York went crazy this year for the championship and the ratings followed but it could be mainly just because of the 53 year drought. Luka leading LA to a chip is probably the biggest storyline. Wemby is the most fascinating player we’ve ever seen and is pretty much must see tv with very good ratings this year. And the NBA is a players league and every single casual and non basketball fan would tune in to see the most famous and decorated player win his last championship

Who is the biggest European star right now in terms of attention and fame?

Obvious pick is Wemby but i don’t know if he’s there yet, luka is huge overseas same with giannis, if jokic had a personality it would easily be him

Which player will be the first player to earn 100 million a year from their nba contract if the CBA rules change?

Don’t think it’s Wemby cause he always wants to take a pay cut and that stuff. Think it’s either Flagg, Cade, ant or Dybansta

Which hypothetical NBA finals would get the most viewers for 2027?

The obvious pick is probably Knicks lakers or lakers Celtics and it makes sense because LA and NY markets are absolutely massive, Lakers Boston is also the best basketball rivalry of all time. I don’t hunk those 2 matchups would be the biggest though, my picks would be Knicks spurs rematch because everyone loves a revenge story and it’s a rematch of one of the best and most watched finals in some time. My 2nd pick would be sixers vs spurs/lakers, both west teams work, LeBron getting revenge against SAS after all those years and goat vs future goat and with Philly/LA it’s Bron vs Bronny which might be the greatest sports narrative/story ever for a final, both markets are also huge

If LeBron and Philly do make it to the finals, which team is the ultimate story book opponent to finish his legendary career? Or should he just wrap it up at 28 Olympics?

I feel like the 3 best options narrative wise would be GSW, Lakers and San Antonio with GSW being at the top and San Antonio being the most realistic.

Who are you taking to be your franchise player for the future, Cade or Ant Edwards

Ant is a month older than Cade. Ant has far more playoff success but we have seen that cade can single handedly carry his team to 60 wins. Feel like it’s a real toss up but I would go with Cade

Are dynasties or parity better for the league? And which do you prefer

Dynasties give great storylines and drama where everyone wants to see the dynasty fall. Parity gives every team hope and every fanbase feels like they have a chance, also keeps the season fun. Not to mention that the league had its best viewership years during the dynasties like MJ bulls, Kobe and Shaq Lakers, GSW dynasty

Is NYC a basketball, football or baseball city?

Moved to NYC last October, I thought it was easily a Yankees city and occasionally a football city but I saw how crazy New Yorkers were going for this championship run. almost every New Yorker was tapped into this finals run no matter what age, hundreds of thousand at watch parties and 3 million at the parade, during this June all New York could talk about was the Knicks
