What can I mix with hibiscus flower tea to make it less acidic and bitter?

First time trying it and I am not a fan, although it has great benefits. Any ideas how to make it less bitty?

What are your favorite blends for simply enjoyment?

Meaning the ones you use for non-medicinal benefits. Taste!

I like mixing lavender, red raspberry and nettle. Soooooo tasty

1 part of: catnip, nettle, rose hips, and red raspberry. 1.5 L of water. Is this good mix for PMS?

Can I drink burdock root, dandelion root, and nettle tea every day?

I’ve heard after using an herb(s) for 2 months straight, you need to take 1-2 weeks off, but besides that am I good to drink daily?

A nutrient rich, delicious and aromatic mix I discovered: rosehips, nettle, red raspberry, chamomile and skullcap

-It’s filled with nutrients and minerals (calcium, magnesium, vitamin C, etc)
-Is a nervine
-Anti inflammatory
- And supports digestion!!!

I mix it with a bit of honey and it is phenomenal. I will be recommending this to everyone I know.
