Frederick Collection | Kiran Piano Trio | 05.2026 The Kiran Trio is a classical chamber group featuring Zoia Bologovsky (violin), Dorothy Braker (cello), and Amira Acre (piano).

The purpose of the Frederick Piano Collection is to give musicians and music lovers a chance to hear works by major piano composers, played on pianos such as those the composers knew, and for which their music was conceived.

The Collection includes only grand pianos, by important makers whose instruments were highly regarded in their day, acquired in basically good condition, with most of their original materials intact (especially soundboards). It aims to match each instrument to a specific composer or generation of composers known to have used or preferred that make and vintage of piano. The period of pianos in the Collection extends from about 1790 to 1928, representing music from Haydn and Beethoven through the French Impressionists.

Another best beaches in NE list, and Revere Beach isn't on it.

The long gentle crescent that is Revere Beach is overlooked, and underappreciated. Before the destruction during the Blizzard '78, and while the Cyclone was still erect for a little while longer, my Mom, Nana, and Aunts would pile the family and beach stuff into an MBTA Bus that would drop us off at Revere Beach at one of two subway stops. The beach is a huge expanse that could accommodate the tens of thousands of people who would come for the sand and sea during the hot summer months. We would continue to go after the reconstruction and it's still a great place for people watching and being seen. The First Public Beach in The United States deserves more love.
