i am tring to disable real time protection but it turns back on immediately after the switch is off, like the switch is back on instantly after turning it off i see it getting back on

i had my uni account linked to windows as school account for some reason, removed it and still doesnt work
this is for all windows security settings not only windows defender, i cant turn on or turn off or do any switch changes in the settings, all do the same thing in the video

for me i think we should at least pass 14$, and we might go 17$ end of July or early august and settle there rest of august, but i feel that it passing 13$ or 14$ should be easy

right now i am about to finish masters in ai at sharjah uni in UAE, right now, i have 1 paper in ICML and one in ACL, i think these should be strong, but dont know if they are strong enough for these countries, i am willing to apply for alot of unis, but these countries are what i aim for, my aim is do my phd there work for some years and get citizenship and live there rest of my life there

i have been always fascinated by these fields since i was in high school, but i picked ai as a bachelors because i so it was connected to all of them and i loved it too
i read a book called the skeptics guide to the galaxy where he mentioned some applicaitons for those fields that made me want to do research to them, but i dont know if i can do that, i think the closest of the other three are neuroscience and nano, which one should i do my phd in?, how do i prepare for them from now at my masters?
can i do 2 phds or can i simply switch my research or combine other fields to it?
