Seriously, as a premium member of almost 3 years now, why are their so many annoying pop-ups and time-wasting gimmicks that prevent me from using it the way I want to?

I doubt they're listening, but if the devs do see these kinda posts - LET PREMIUM USERS TOGGLE POP-UPS AMD/OR DISABLE FEATURES AT WILL

Seriously, I don't want Ai tracking, and the little recaps and GIFs that play after logging food can piss right the hell off. I'm seriously considering cancelling and going elsewhere soon because of the steady decline in user experience I've been seeing here. Updates only peddle useless nonsense that slow down the process more and more. Why should I be paying for an inferior experience?

Some of these are unironically plain good fun, while others are admittedly atrocious upon returning to them following a deeper look into their respective IPs

Anyone else here get led into a franchise "the wrong way," only to fall in love with it the deeper you went in?

I'm honestly kinda genuinely sad about it - It's been through a lot with me and I'd even replaced its battery and given it a 256GB SD card SSD mod upgrade over the years... These last couple of months though, it would have little hiccups where the artwork wouldn't appear and/or certain songs would skip. Annoying, but nothing huge. Yesterday though, it practically had a seizure midway through a workout before getting stuck in a boot loop. I took it home, where it kept disconnecting itself from my computer while I continuously recieved pop-ups about the "USB drive" being corrupted and needs to be formatted, but I was finally able to restore it to factory after multiple attempts. Despite all of this, it could only manage to sync roughly half of my music library, and as I found out in this morning's workout, most of those tracks were audibly corrupted and/or wouldn't play... Long story short, it was dying. What kinda got me though was that a lot of the music it *did* manage to sync from my library was the more melancholic/sad music tracks. I'm definitely personifying an MP3 player right now, but it almost felt like it was saying it's not gonna make it, only to boot loop again as I was ending my workout.

I was putting it off forever despite my intrigue in it, since my iPod was working very well at that time, but I just ordered myself an Innioasis Y1 to take the place of my iPod... I know the Y2 is technically the better player of the two, but given my go-to iPod was the 4G, where a colour screen was seen as a huge improvement to the device, I don't think I'll have much of a problem with the Y1. Sucks that it doesn't have extendable storage (without modding it), but even with my iPod's 256GB SD mod, I only really managed to put just over 90GB of music onto it, so 128 should be more than enough for what I need!

It's especially ironic when you remember Rick's design was forced to change to avoid issues with Friday the 13th, meanwhile Jason seems to have nicked the Terror Mask for his stopover in Texas.

Also interesting to mention here - Issue One only has a brief scuffle between the two when they meet, but very quickly find common ground and Jason's even welcomed in as an honourary family member by the Sawyers, which I found rather unique and super endearing!

Don't get me wrong, you can absolutely *try* to stealth across certain segments of any HL game, but you never truly seem capable of being evasive outside of key/scripted moments... Then I kinda remembered we're basically cosplaying a militarized traffic cone and it kinda makes a hell of a lot more sense as to why stealth isn't really all too viable in-universe 😅

On a serious note though, the more case sensitive dialogue the military can have before a firefight in Black Mesa gives them an almost Metro Cop vibe that I cannot get enough of! I get that they're simply cannon fodder, but the convos and better characterization of the H.E.C.U. units in Black Mesa really does a lot to revitalize my interest in the segments that're 90% military shootouts.

Devil's Advocate - JP:TG Tylosaurus is a more artistic take on the Tylosaurus and lacks the proper tail fluke among other liberties, but good lord if the JWE Tylosaurus isn't exactly the most sightly of creatures to behold...

I remember somehow dodging all the reveals for the Tylosaurus leading up to release as a little treat for myself as a huge Tylosaurus fan, and ended up rather disappointed with the overall look of it. If they're going to a gnarled crocodile look, why not adapt some of the design elements from Telltale's crack at the Tylo? Colours were all also super murky and bland and I sorely missed the blue body with dark stripes and white underbelly motif as well.

All-in-all, I was/am disappointed by it... There could be something to say about JWE Troodon too, but I can at least recognize that Telltale *entirely* made an original dinosaur and just called it a "Troodon Pectinodon". At least we still got a JP:TG themed colour scheme for Troodon and it's likeness has resurfaced a couple of times in various toylines!

Was thinking of treating myself/getting a backup option to my iPod 4G Photo with the Innioasis iPod-clone... Did some sleuthing and found that the Y2 was definitely the better option to the Y1 (expendable storage is goated), but can find the Y2 anywhere on 3rd party stores and it's completely sold out on the official site.

Any chance they're going to restock?
