Do you also hate when YouTubers ask you to subscribe in the beginning of a video?

I find it annoying tbh because they usually say it in the beginning of their video.

Why not at the end where I've actually watched your video and can determine if I've received enough value/entertainment from it to warrant subscribing.

Just me?

Do you feel YouTube is more corporate nowadays and less fun?

Compared to the early days of YouTube where it felt more people were just making videos for the fun of it.

Whereas now it seems everyone is focused on maximum amount of ad revenue and audience retention over pure fun and love of the game.

Thoughts?

A small glass of milk isn't the worst thing to consume

Every now and then I reward myself with milk.

Now of course it isn't ideal due to lactose.

I prefer cheese but the casomorphins get to me sometimes.

Freeze dried mealworms with an egg

I expected more of a Dorito-esque crunch but because I fried them in fat they were soft unfortunately.

I am a slave to the glorious casomorphins

Delicious.

Microwaved cheese is such a life hack on carnivore.

I feel for the people who can't handle dairy.

Microwaved mature cheddar cheese block

First pic is a cheese block before succumbing to the radiation from the microwave.

Second pic shows the cheese block after being nuked for about 2 minutes.

Third pic because why not.

Tasted good.

Fiber is such a scam yet pushed by the mainstream health organisations like crazy

Like imagine thinking something we can't even digest is good for our intestinal lining.

And the common rebuttal is "we need fiber to feed our gut bacteria by way of butyrate".

But we get butyrate from animal fats especially butter?

Butyrate was first discovered in butter anyway hence the name lol.

Don't forget about the only decent study we have on fiber eradicating constipation:

https://pmc.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/articles/PMC3435786/

"This study has confirmed that the previous strongly-held belief that the application of dietary fiber to help constipation is but a myth. Our study shows a very strong correlation between improving constipation and its associated symptoms after stopping dietary fiber intake."

PS: I wonder why they won't fund anymore of these studies... I think we all know the answer to that.
