Philadelphia authorities have issued an arrest warrant for 22-year-old Zymire Hughes, identified as the man allegedly terrorizing people outside City Hall in a Chucky-style mask. Hughes was reportedly caught on camera chasing pedestrians in the early morning hours.

Laura Overdeck is reportedly rejecting a massive divorce offer from her billionaire husband, Two Sigma co-founder John Overdeck, as their split heads to court in New Jersey.
The couple married in 2002 with no prenup, and Laura filed for divorce two decades later. Now, billions are potentially on the line.
John has reportedly offered Laura roughly $735 million tax-free, but her attorneys argue she is entitled to 35% of the value of his Two Sigma stake, which they estimate at approximately $6.2 BILLION, along with other assets and involvement in the family's charitable foundation.
Laura's legal team has also accused John of spending years positioning assets in trusts that could limit what she receives in a divorce. John denies improperly moving assets and maintains that his estate planning was legitimate and intended to benefit their three children.
The case is now being fought before a New Jersey judge, and despite the eye-popping numbers being discussed, no final settlement or ruling has been reached.
