Imterview: Energy Fuels plan to dominate the U.S. Rare Earth Magnet Supply Chain
Description of video
Recorded on July 27 2026 at NRS Studios
Energy Fuels
NYSE American: UUUU
TSX: EFR
Curtis Moore, Senior Vice President of Marketing and Corporate Development at Energy Fuels, joins Steve Yang to explain how the company is evolving beyond its position as a leading U.S. uranium producer. Curtis outlines how the White Mesa Mill gives Energy Fuels a specialized platform for processing uranium-bearing monazite into separated rare earth oxides while supporting its broader uranium business.
The conversation covers Pinyon Plain, the La Sal Complex, Nichols Ranch, the Donald Project, Vara Mada, the Bahia Project, and the company’s strategy for securing long-term monazite feedstock. Curtis also discusses the planned acquisitions of Australian Strategic Materials and VAC, which are intended to extend Energy Fuels from mining and oxide separation into rare earth metals, alloys, and permanent magnet manufacturing. He explains why vertical integration matters in rare earths, where the company sees a competitive advantage, and which milestones investors should watch over the next year.
Waiver exempt vs eligible
It looks like - it will be very tough to make this team out of training camp/pre season.
In theory - the Bruins could lose like 70 percent of the players from this list to waivers.
My take
Heavy competition in order to secure 1 or 2 spots on the team. 1 or 2 reserve spots.
I don't think its a shoe in vets like Kuraly has a spot lined up come opening night.
Same could be said about Hagens. I hope he is well prepared this time around.
Sturm chose Minten and Khustadinov - to make the team after last pre season. Aspirot (as a call up) - also earned the right to stick with the team. These type of players have high motors, not afraid of the dirty areas, responsible and make minimal mistakes.

INFQ - Dell partnership post, dug deeper, strengthens the case for a potential Golden Dome connection
Courtesy of Aspentree99 thread.
I located this post yesterday (Infleqtion linkedin).
>Infleqtion is heading to #TechNetAugusta, August 17–20 in Augusta, Georgia. We’re excited to join our partner Dell Technologies in Booth #409, where attendees can learn how we’re working together to help scale and deploy atom-based quantum RF and other advanced quantum sensing solutions for national security and defense applications.
I dug deeper into it. As per GPT - Infleqtion formerly known as ColdQuanta - is a SHIELD (one of the contracting pathways into Golden Dome) contractor.
The MDA's own SHIELD contractor roster lists:
COLDQUANTA, INC. — IDIQ HQ085926DG120
Analysis
Federal contracting records identify ColdQuanta as the awardee of HQ085926DG120, a $151 billion ceiling, 10-year MDA SHIELD IDIQ, beginning December 28/29, 2025 and running through 2035. ColdQuanta is the company that became Infleqtion.
Infleqtion itself has apparently explicitly connected SHIELD to Golden Dome. In its Q4 2025 earnings call, CEO Matt Kinsella said:
“A recent example that brings together the breadth of our platform is Golden Dome…”
He then explained that Infleqtion had been selected as one of the quantum technology companies eligible to compete for work through MDA's SHIELD program. He specifically described potential applications involving:
Tiqker — precision timing / radar synchronization
GPS-denied distributed timing
QRF / Quantum RF — hypersonic threat detection contextual machine learning quantum computing for predictive threat tracking
Dell Federal is ALSO a SHIELD contract holder.
The Dell-INFQ announcement may be a very deliberate breadcrumb.
Because Infleqtion didn't simply say: “Come see our quantum technology.” It said they're going to TechNet Augusta with Dell Technologies, specifically highlighting their work together to deploy atom-based quantum RF and sensing solutions for national-security and defense applications.
“Infleqtion has a confirmed pathway into Golden Dome” - YES.
“Infleqtion is confirmed to be supplying Golden Dome today” - NOT YET.
"The Dell partnership could be the mechanism by which Infleqtion gets its technology into the architecture” - VERY PLAUSIBLE, and now substantially better supported than before.

Can Sturm continue to run a team without a captain?
IF Chara or Bergy were still playing - no brainer one would be be captain or remain one.
I think every team should have a captain. Someone who leads by example. Someone who sees their team playing like dogcrap for the first two periods and calls them out/fires them up. Consults and recommends a different game plan to the head coach - acting like an assistsnt coach from a players perspective.
Someone who is capable of treating each member with respect, is available and is the opposite of “cliquey.”
Will Sturm designate a captain for next season? I honestly don't remember a NHL team going more than one season without a captain.
