sorry for bothering, but may someone know what causes the metal textures to show in darkness in the last shot?
i switched my lighting a bit and i notice metal is 'reflecting' in the dark. are those broken reflection maps not working correct or something? this feels like quite an obvious issue for some more knowing minds.

Thunder and Lighting indoor. Swapped from DIAL to Helios for indoor Ambience and i am amazed again.

(LightNing of course.) I mod this game since 13 years and so often my mind is blown.

At this point they should socialize the engine and make it FOSS for all people to enjoy and create shipable modlists. The community invested so much more time, effort, blood, sweat and care in it, 10.000 times what bethesda original put in.

300 Mods i have installed are only Frameworks and stuff to make the Engine more sandboxy and responsive. Bug fixes modders still fix in new games like Starfield not counted... I can cook my meals with firespells and atm i am installing Dynamic Wind Framework.

If they switch to UE5 with a crippled creation engine underneath like Oblivion recently showed, they really should just gift Skyrim's Engine to the community.

would you even notice? texture downscaler's performance preset, crushing every texture down to 1024² in runtime (!). the performance boost is immense and everything has this soft finishing touch and even tone to it, like a shipped game :> absolutely love it.

it is insane how many performance mods my modlist got the last few months.

i will tweak the preset a little bit to get bigger landscape textures and such, but overall i love the look. also i play often in 900p with CAS of my firnis a bit cranked up, which also saves much performance and gives a little retro 'finished game' look to it.

a tumblr post with 2 replies. The first by madRantings says "liberals be like: who wants to get evicted at gun point because your poor, but by a good cop!!!!" The first reply is by queerAnarchism and says "Our Pink Cops will evict you at gunpoint, but they'll be LGBT-friendly about it!"
