Is FF7 Remake a good template for a kotor remake's combat?

After the recent news of seeing the cancelled Aspyr's Kotor Remake, i want to hear you all's opinion one the combat aspect. Even years ago it was reported that it was heading in a FF7 Remake style combat system, and which was kind of confirmed in this past week.

do you think saber kept the combat systems? or are you still hoping for any of the following outcomes -

  1. Pure Action based but solo control- Nioh or God of War style
  2. JRPG Turn based like Persona or Final Fantasy X
  3. Enviornmental turn based like Divinity and Baldur's Gate 3
  4. Fast Reactionary Hybrid - Sort of like Dragon Age Inquisition or Final Fantasy 15
  5. Slow non reactionary RTWP - just like Dragon Age Origins and ofc Kotor.

or do you think they will choose a more mishmash of a lot of elements route for the combat?

Gameplay additions in Part 3, what are the chances for these?

  1. Dedicated Jump button for easy Aerial combat (mostly everyone except Barett ig?)

  2. Materia Loadouts and/or Ability Loadouts

  3. Companion swap similar to FFX

  4. Triple Synergy Skills

  5. Triple Synergy Abilities

  6. more ability quick slots?

  7. Quad ATB bar and abilities?

Fromsoft's next single-player title with the internal name "Project FMC"

FromSoftware's upcoming single-player title is called 'CERULEAN ONSLAUGHT', and it will be revealed at the Summer Game Fest in just 1 month. It's a self-published title and will be released just 2 months later in August, before The Duskbloods. It's a dark action RPG where players sail the ocean exploring islands, with their ship also acting as a hub.
