Bob Mortimer's high anus (serious question)

If the issue is the high placement of the anus, why would sitting on the toilet backwards make any difference? He said if he sits normally it all goes onto the back of the seat, but if he sits backwards it would surely go all over the floor instead. I'd think sitting normally and leaning back would be a better angle for proper aim.
