After a humiliating national downfall, Kristi Noem actually unveiled a permanent bronze shrine to herself today

Reality is so close to South Park, that they may run out of material.

Imagine if they traced the Epstein case like this.

According to wild new court documents, a man named Edward Abrams-Phillips was recently arrested for we*d possession, but it’s how he got caught that has the internet furious. The police used "Flock" license plate reading cameras to track his car's movements all day. They noticed he drove from Wisconsin (where we*d is illegal) into Michigan (where it is fully legal), and then headed back a few hours later.
Instead of actually catching him committing a crime, the cops used his travel route as literal "probable cause". The official police report basically said: "He travels to Michigan frequently, and Michigan has legal we*d, so he probably has we*d in the car."
They coordinated a traffic stop on Interstate 41, pulled him over, searched the whip, and busted him for possession. They didn't smell it, they didn't see it.. they just let the traffic cameras snitch on his location.

The switch to Axon, which is not yet widespread but appears to be increasing as people oppose Flock, signals what might come next for the nationwide conversation around ALPR cameras: instead of doing away with the cameras entirely

IMPORTANT PSA: There’s a GOP website ProtectTheVote.com which looks to be attempting to steer people away from ProtectTheVote.net, which is the nonpartisan website where you sign up for election protection trainings | spread awareness for this, link to the real page included!

Meet Nomark, the man on a mission to destroy every Flock camera in the United States. More than 120,000 Flock surveillance cameras have popped up in 6,000 communities across the US. Privacy advocates have criticised the company, saying they are being used to create a mass surveillance network.
