Surge protector for Sole F63 treadmill safe to use?

I have a F63 that's gonna be delivered in a few weeks and looking for ways to protect it. I know you unplug it when not in use but my building recently has been having power outages etc and I want to protect my treadmill while in use.

Been reading some things online and on the forum on I'm getting conflicting information some say a surge protecter is safe and then you have people saying the opposite guess I could just use some advice.

I also believe I'm running 15amps not 20 not sure if that matters anyway plan to use this treadmill for incline walking not intense sprinting.

RUCKER 5.0 20L VS 25L first time getting a ruck pack

Not sure if there’s a difference but figured I’d ask anyway. It’s my first time grabbing a ruck pack so wondering what would be best. Plan to start with 20-30lbs. This will mostly be done on a treadmill since there’s no hills or any elevation near me so the only incline I have is the machine.

I’m male 5ft8in I also know there’s a hip strap you can get but not sure if I should I want to work my core, back, shoulders and don’t know if the strap will take away from that and move the weight downward if that makes any sense.

Plan to do my 10k on the treadmill with the ruck 7x per week so don’t know if the hip strap is necessary or recommended for that amount of use.

Is ring battery powered doorbell battery percentage accurate?

Recently purchased the new 4k battery doorbell it’s been about 15 days and it’s still saying it’s at 100% with all the battery hogging settings enabled. I tried out an older generation a few years ago and the battery died within 3 days. I do have the ultra battery wondering if battery drops by 1% or bigger incitements.

Only asking because I have 15 more days before my return window closes and don’t want it to end up dropping down to 50% suddenly don’t know if that’s what happens.

Anything like ChatGPT where I can upload audio for translation?

I have some audio recordings and videos in French and Spanish a max of 2 min each and looking to have the audio transcribed to English. Wondering if there's any AI software that can do this. I tried ChatGPT and it doesn't look like it's possible.

It's just like 10 recordings not looking to pay for a subscription if possible.

Anyone here taking Seroquel pair it with something else to stay asleep?

Started taking Seroquel 50MG after a decade being off of 300+MG. Stopped it because I gained 100+ pounds but nothing seemed to work as good as this medicine after being on 20-30+ different ones.

At 50MG don’t really have the munchies and it does help me fall asleep problem is I wake up 3-4 hours later dead tired yet can’t fall back asleep. I don’t really wanna increase this medication on the off chance it will increase the munchies again.

So wondering if anyone here that takes Seroquel has paired it with something else to stay asleep.

Every time I fall asleep my upstairs neighbor stomps and wakes me up

Maybe I’m the bad neighbor I don’t know. I don’t have sleep apnea just really bad insomnia because of this I take medication. This medication helps with sleep but dries everything out so I snore. Well the last 2-3 years every time I fall asleep and I assume start snoring my upstairs neighbor stomps to the point I can feel the vibration and wakes me up.

I haven’t gotten more than 2-3 hours of sleep the past 2-3 years and I’m starting to feel it. It’s not like I can do much about it. Was tested for sleep apnea and I don’t have it. Was told a cpap would be useless in my case since it’s medication causing it.

Been living at this place for 15-20 years and a good chunk of that my mother lived here and was so much louder than me yet no one did or said anything so I’m not sure what to do.

It seems the people upstairs are always home it doesn’t matter what time I try to sleep AM or PM they always wake me up. It’s not like I do it on purpose yet they are.

Anyway to make a device connect to closest eero?

I have 2 eeros one in my bedroom and one in the living room. I recently got a ring doorbell and for some reason for the most part the doorbell is connecting to my farthest eero with the worse connection all the way in my bedroom. Is there anyway to make my ring doorbell connect to the eero in my living room which is closer and has a stronger connection?

When I restart my network it will connect to my living room but after a few hours always reverts to my bedroom which sorta makes my doorbell useless.

They’re both eero Pro 6E

Anyway to setup ring doorbell to only receive notifications if someone is hanging around my door or ringing the bell?

So just got my new 4k battery ring doorbell. Wondering if it's possible to only get notifications if someone presses the bell or is standing outside my door for x amount of time. Don't really want notifications when someone just quickly walks by.

I live by a staircase and get notifications whenever someone uses it. I would block it out but it would also block a majority of my door.

Anyone else here start cycling late at night or am I the odd one out?

Starting cycling about a month ago. I usually start my rides between 1-4AM. Don’t know why it’s just peaceful and quiet plus less traffic to worry about. I just realized I never really see anyone else cycling running or working out. Wondering if anyone here does the same or not.

Unsure what I did wrong mounting my Ring Doorbell but I can't see the ground for packages.

Installed the 4K ring battery powered door bell exactly how they recommend 48in on the door and for some reason I'm not able to see the ground in front of my door. I can view the sides and front fine and I am able to see the ground but maybe 2-3ft away from the door which is useless because that's not were the packages are left.

I used the no drill mounting kit so don't know if that's the issue but could just use some advice. Can't really mount it much lower since my lock would be in the way.

Rucking pack vs weight vested for treadmill use only

Been using my treadmill to sorta recondition my body after some health issues. Wondering what option would be best a rucking pack or weighted vest.

I only use my treadmill don't plan to be walking any hills or trails anytime soon so looking for ways to burn more calories on it don't need anything special to hold extra things. Was thinking of the ruck since it seems it works your core more at least that's the consensus I got from the little research I did.

However the weighted vest is heavier and a lot cheaper but don't know if it would engage your core as much could use some advice would appreciate it. The weight vest I could also use while working out pull-ups etc squats which I mean I guess you could also do with a ruck and some good balance which I don't know if I currently have yet.

Problems with Apple HomeKit preferred network is this a eero problem?

So I have 2 eero 6E Pros one acting as the main router in bridge mode and the other as an extender. I also have a 1st Gen 4K Apple TV acting as a HomeKit bridge.

I don't know when it started happening but been having problems with the Apple TV bridge having network connection issues. It says something like network error or connection error asks to pick a preferred network even though only the one network shows up.

So not really sure what to do wondering if anyone else has had this problem. Looking to add more smart devices and sorta want to fix this problem before I get anything new.

Not sure if it's the Apple TV due to its age which I mean isn't that old around 2021 I think it was released. My other theory is it's looking at the 2 eeros as the same network but maybe 2 different devices so it may be causing an issue. Could just use some advice and maybe how to pin point the issue, Thank you

Is using just a deadbolt for the front door safe want to replace my current locks with a Schlage Camelot Encode Plus?

So my condos front door looking to replace the lock with a Schlage Camelot Encode Plus deadbolt system. Wondering how safe these are compared to a 2 lock system.

I currently have a deadbolt and a normal lock on the 2nd bottom knob. It doesn't look like this company makes a 2 lock system for top and bottom locks. So wondering how safe it is just using the deadbolt and not having a 2nd lock on the bottom.

Also my door isn't officially hurricane impact rated but it's rated for HVHZ zones is this lock safe to use with this door. I tried calling the company to ask but haven't received any response. Only asking because on Home Depots QnA it says not to use this lock on these kinds of doors and kinda wondering why.

Anyone here have experience with Olanzapine (Zyprexa) for insomnia?

Tried Pretty much everything for sleep besides benzodiazepines at this point, prescription and OTC even recreational. I was on Seroquel about a decade ago. While it worked wonders for sleep I gained 100+ pounds so eventually went off of it along with most of my meds. Recently started again 3-4 months ago trying different meds but nothing seems to work unless it physically makes me want to pass out like Seroquel did. I was prescribed Zyprexa 10MG wondering how this compares to Seroquel.

I was told it works kinda the same but without all the weight gain just wondering if this is true and just want to hear from you guys and your experiences with it. It seems like a low dose when I was on Seroquel I was taking around 300-350MG compared to this new 10MG pill. When I was taking Seroquel I would have extreme intense cravings for food just couldn’t help myself would eat everything in sight kinda hoping Zyprexa doesn’t do this.

Did Lunesta not work for anyone else?

Been on so many meds for insomnia recently tried Lunesta last night 2MG didn’t feel anything I feel like this isn’t normal did this medication not work for anyone else? Like it didn’t make me sleepy in the slightest.

This was the last medication I was told to try by my doctor before they put me on something more addictive like Xanax Ambien etc that I was trying to avoid.

What’s considered low glucose on Keto?

Been doing keto a year+ however recently tried some different things because I wasn’t reaching ketone levels I was happy with mentally and physically. My ketones would never go past .5 glucose around 70-90. The past few weeks stopped my protein shake been eating the same otherwise and my ketones have never gone below 1 and a max of 2.3. However noticed with that my glucose is low.

Just 3 measurements for example

Night a little before bed -> Ketones 2.6 mmol/L / Glucose 90mg/dl

Morning an hour after waking up -> Ketones 2.1 mmol/L / Glucose 61 mg/dl

An hour and a half after eating my meal for the day (OMAD) -> Ketones 1.3mmol/L / Glucose 72 mg/dl

Lowest my glucose got during the past 2 weeks was 57mg/dl with 1.9 mmol/L Ketones

I don’t think I’m diabetic but is this something to worry about some things I've been reading say lower glucose is normal with keto but want to make sure.

Anyone else have nosy neighbors how do you deal with them?

I live in a condo mostly filled with old retired people I got “grandfathered” into it once my parents died. I’ve been living here since I was a kid I’m 33 now. Well I have severe agoraphobia I don’t leave my home unless it’s like 3-4 in the morning just to do laundry or throw away the trash been like this since I was 16.

Sometimes I go out during the day when I can catch a ride with a family member to go shopping but that’s pretty much it oh also doctors appointments.

Well I don’t know how to deal with my neighbors anymore I always hear them talking shit the walls are super thin. Since I stay home I get packages delivered almost daily and every time I get one I hear them from outside saying again or everyday among a few other things.

I just don’t know what to do I don’t get why people can’t mind their own business I don’t want to start anything with anyone but it seems this entire community is gossiping or talking shit about me.

I’d rather not move since this place is cheap and I’m saving up for my own place right now.
