I live in a studio apt in hollywood, my utilities started growing every single month, i used to pay 80$, 3 years ago, but since utilities moved to Conservice, it's just more and more every single month, it went to 150, 200, 250, 300 and now i got a 350 $ utility bill ?

I honestly don't know how i am supposed to pay that, it will be 500 $ by the end of the year

Landlord says they don't deal with utilities, but Conservice only says that we are splitting all the bills in our building

is there like a renters protection or something that can help ? They charge me some random numbers

I don't have any nostalgia bias, yes i've seen some part of Lotr on the tv years ago, but never watched it fully until now

i just finished the full trilogy in 4k, (the first movie i watched in the cinema earlier this year) and without any nostalgia i can say, these are the best Fantasy movies ever made

Crazy how it's been 25 years, and no one came even close to it...

I need more of these movies, but from what i've heard even Hobbit is kinda mid compared to Lotr

I hope i will see another trilogy on this level at least once in my life haha

Before watching, some of my friends who are big fans told me they love the movie but it used more CGI than the first movie, and that it aged poorly

I am very nitpicky when it comes to 3d visuals, so i was expecting something horrible, but i actually liked the CGI a lot !

Yes you can see that it's dated, but it has it's charm and honestly it's very well done for the time

didn't distract me at all, and i enjoyed the whole movie !

I already played on pc but wanna get it for ps5 pro, it's hard to tell from youtube videos because of the youtube compression

Been playing sinking city 2 all morning, the atmosphere and vibes are 10/10

Really like it so far, my only problem is i wish the combat was a bit more deep and punchy

but everything else is amazing, great job !

If they increased the bubble, they would show the capabilities of the binocular in the trailer, like 200 or 300 m but even on the website it's only 127 m, looking at the grass behind the npc

i honestly think the bubble now will stay as is, it's been almost 2 years since release and if they didn't fix it by now, i just don't see how and when they will do it later

But everything else in the trailer is 10/10 so far, super hyped still, gonna be playing

especially persistent offline a-life looting alone makes the world feel much more alive

If you are bored and wanna read how 5.5 will improve performance by default (even before devs will optimize it more after) this is the best report i've found so far

The new gameplay was cool but i feel like most people been waiting to hear or see what's new with A-Life, this is like the biggest selling point of the game for many people

Could you please share something about it before release ?

I am getting concerned because honestly i thought it would be the first thing in the marketing of 2.0

Like look we increased the bubble by a lot so now you can use a binocular, now npc's can hunt for artifacts, the zone is more alive without a simple event spawner, and so on

but it's 12 days until release and we have 0 info

Takes forever to release a patch that does not change any core problems

the game is still a mess on ps5 pro...

It looks great ! i am super excited, def an improvement

but it still has the same lighting and reflections problems from ue 5.1

my only guess is they have not implemented hardware lumen still and i understand why, on average you lose around 20-30 fps with it on, if you look up tests on youtube, and they probably wanted to optimize the game and not make it more heavy

but i am being very honest, if you showed me that trailer, and said it was on ue 5.1, i would believe you, cause it looks almost exactly how my game looks on max settings right now

I am glad i've seen it, so i am not expecting anything crazy anymore, but the locations itself and the Limansk in the end is 10/10, gave me heavy Silent hill + Control + little nightmares vibes, can't wait !!
