Countless people were cheering, replaying and reuploading the footage.

It has been made into one of the most psychotic memes of our age.

People treated the anniversary of it like a holiday to celebrate.

Leftists were even demanding it happen more to others who were even remotely NOT left leaning.

So if it came out that Nidal Hasan supported Trump in any way, it’s more than obvious Leftists would immediately change their tune and start hyping it.

I’m willing to bet there would even be a surge in streaming account creations on any website such as KIK that would possibly allow it just so leftist streamers can do live reactions to it to make money off it.

I made a post a couple days ago about this book after I realized the antagonists were a GSC, and I just finished it.

Now I say it is definitely a must read for GSC fans.

Namely for one reason that I realized after the previous post.

Unlike so many other Black Library novels, Clark did not nerf the antagonists here.

From start to finish, the Cult is shown to be extremely dangerous at every turn. There’s even a bit of a meta to the narrative as the Imperial Fists struggle to deal with them because they’re not a straightforward enemy that will simply meet them for one epic showdown, and it actually bothers them.

Several major units even get some pretty cool scenes to show off just how badass they are.

I won’t spoil anything, I’ll simply say my personal favorite was the Kelermorph, who was every bit the badass gunslinger I was hoping he would be. Like when he shows up, it’s like a straight up boss fight entrance.

If I do have any complaints, it would be that we don’t get a whole lot of POV chapters from the GSC. It’s exclusively from the Magus’s perspective, and even then, I would say, at most, it’s maybe 1/8 of the story’s length with her. The rest is all from the POV of Imperial Fists.

Personally I would have loved at least one or two from the Kelermorph’s perspective, solely because he’s my personal favorite unit in the GSC faction. Just have one chapter where we get to follow a scifi Clint Eastwood or something would have been amazing.

“Well, I don’t think I was technically killed…” Izuku said with a shrug.

“Still!” Ashido replied in shock as she and their classmates looked at him.

“Well…” Izuku said getting pensive. “I’ve been beaten, stabbed, shot, disintegrated, decimated, shot into space, drowned twice, decapitated, burned, poisoned, thrown in lava, suffocated, smothered, irradiated, crushed, and blown up.”

“Besides the time Kacchan blew me up.” He added quickly when all eyes started to turn on Katsuki.

“And…didn’t that all hurt you?” One of them asked him sympathetically.

“Of course. I still have nightmares all the time. That’s why Recovery Girl gives me tranquilizers so I can sleep at night. Because of my healing factor, I need roughly enough of it to bring down an elephant. Otherwise I have night terrors.”

They weren’t sure what was worse. What he was saying or how casually he was saying it. Like he was making a simple statement of fact. Like the sky was blue, or Bakugo was angry.

They were all silent for a long time.

Then Mineta asked “Wait, how did you get shot out into space? And how did you get back on Earth?”

“The HPSC got desperate, and I got caught at the edge of Earth’s gravity and fell back.”

They all stared at him.

“You fell all the way back to earth?”

“You remember that meteor that hit Tsushima a couple months ago? That was me.”

Full disclosure, I fully intend on getting into LI eventually, but atm I simply can’t afford it nor have the time to actually assemble an army, and I was curious about how the factions function on the tabletop.

Also, I haven’t even come close to deciding which army I want, as frankly, they all look super cool to me, but as I play World Eaters in 40k, I may make World Eaters in LI as well just for fun, if that’s an option.

Like is there one that does shock tactics simply better than any other, or is there one that’s all about Russian style swarm tactics?

I have an idea for why they don’t have any Tau tech, but while I haven’t even gotten the minis I feel like this is just a bit too easy to call them part of the Tau Empire, compared to these amazing kitbashes I see others doing.

The basic idea I had was they’re first generation of a recently taken Imperial world who’ve sworn into their military.

So they’re officially part of the Tau, and have all verbally pledged themselves to it BUT they’re still not quite used to it.

So my head canon was rather than forcing any equipment on them, they only require them to wear their emblem on their uniforms, and I was gonna paint their armor Tau colors as well.

This is mainly because of the ingrained issues they have from being raised in the Empire of Man.

Like one scene I have in mind is at one point they tried to let one of them work with an AI drone, but the second he realized what it was, he completely panicked and shot it. It wasn’t anything malicious, but genuine panic when he realized he was looking at an Abominable Intelligence.

And even a Tau loyal priest of the Imperial Faith couldn’t get them to use their weapons.

So they simply took a chance and while they’re not going to any important places, they let them have a planetary defense force, and are slowly integrating them.

Maybe the sergeant I could kitbash a sheathed Tau sword onto his hip, but I wanted to purposely have very little Tau specific equipment on them.

I’m still learning the rules and haven’t played a game yet, but was just curious about this.

Say if I ran just Knights, and had the same point amount as my opponent who’s running a standard army, would I still have a chance against them, or would their numbers have a distinct advantage?

Provided also I picked the appropriate weapons on said knights.

During my thrice daily rewatch of the entire series and prayers to our most high Space King, King of Space, something occurred to me.

During 2, it’s mentioned that by allowing the Brood Mother to drink their blood, she links them to Space King, King of Space, psychically.

It then occurred to me during my daily flagellation while watching the ending scene of 2; Hatemonger was partially eaten by her, which obviously included her drinking some of his blood.

This was why he saw Space King in 3 so clearly when he died. It was his psychic link to Him as he was sent to Him.

I believe this link was also why Rudolph was able to find him. It wasn’t that his mind was particularly loud, but that he had a powerful psychic link to Space King, King of Space. Rudolph simply followed that link.

Tried searching myself and couldn’t find one for the Exprcists’ sigil specifically, so was wondering if someone here had a video they could link.

I’m aware of where I can order them, but I’m not sure I want to do that yet if I can learn to freehand it.

Idk much about the real music business, other than the occasional well known story or incident, so I was wondering if the band Dethklok from the show (not the actual Dethklok that formed to perform their songs), would they be considered the kind of client a manager/management agency would want?

By that I mean musically, they’re legitimately hard working geniuses, but in virtually every other aspect are basically man-children you would essentially have to babysit to keep them out of trouble, as Offdensen frequently has to.

Obviously barring the supernatural stuff, and the massacre at almost every show.

I’m aware there are novels that probably answer this, but I’m already reading like 5 different books atm, so I just don’t have time to add on one of the Huron ones.

I’m just curious how they tend to live and operate together.

I understand they’re renegades, but the few CSM novels I have read, there’s always an underlying theme that they don’t trust each other, especially legions like Word Bearers, who relish in betrayal as a sacred part of their culture.

Also while I haven’t read any of his novels, I do know and understand Huron basically rules through might, but from what I understand, he’s also not as likely to kill his underlings out of hand (please correct me if I’m wrong), so I’m wondering if that trickles down to the rest of the RC’s, outside of the obvious case of the occasional ambitious Marine with allusions of grandeur.

I’m not expecting them to be like Lamenter’s level of supportive, brotherly bonds, but I kind of also want them to at least believe they can trust each other, as long as they’re all wearing the red and black.

Also as a follow up, how do they treat normal humans? I know they had those human soldiers in the release a little while ago.

“Hey has anyone seen Ochaco?” Mina asked as she walked around the dormitory.

As soon as she said the name, Izuku, who was sitting on the couch, flinched.

“Midoriya?”

“What?” He jumped to his feet, a spurt of fire shooting out from his mouth. “Nothing! No I haven’t seen her today!”

He tried to speed walk to the stairs, but sensing something was up, Ashido cut him off, blocking the stairs.

“What’s going on?” She asked inquisitively.

“Nothing! It’s getting late we should get to bed!”

“It’s 2pm. Saturday.” Mina said, refusing to budge. She just eyed him for a long time.

He took a long, deep breath and sighed, covering his mouth to block the fire that came out whenever he exhaled.

“She’s in the nurse’s office.”

“WHAT?! What happened? Is she okay?!”

He bowed his head and cupped his hands in a begging gesture, “Please don’t tell anyone!”

“What are you talking about?”

Izuku sighed again, clearly tired and stressed. “We were…together and…well…I sort of forgot about my fire quirk.”

“HOW DID YOU FORGET YOU HAVE A FIREBREATH QUIRK?!!”

Izuku desperately tried to shush her, praying no one heard that.

“So what you kissed her and exhaled in her face?” Mina asked.

“Um…sort of. Please, just drop it! We had to beg Recovery Girl not to tell anyone, and she said she would be fine in a few hours!”

Mina glared at him. “I’m going to see her!”

“Please don’t! We really don’t want this getting out!”

“Hmph!” Mina snorted stubbornly, “I’ll see what Uraraka has to say!”

Mina marched off, in spite of Izuku’s protests. She walked straight to Recovery Girl’s office, and found Ochaco lying in one of the hospital beds.

“Uraraka are…you…” Mina slowly trailed off as she saw that her face, though completely unblemished was blushing a deep crimson, before she covered it with her pillow.

The only bandages she saw were the burn cast completely wrapped around her pelvis.

“Oh…”

I hope I used the right tag, but I’m going off something I read on a post here from ages ago, where someone has mentioned using an actual runic language on their model that was used on other GW stuff.

Was wondering what they were talking about, as I’m getting into CSM, and wanted to practice doing some on my current minis while I assemble a Combat Patrol.

Full disclosure, if it’s an actual, real world sacred language, please tell me. I don’t plan on doing anything offensive, but I was gonna scribble something dumb, like “SHIN GUARD” on their actual shin, and “I CAN NOT READ THIS” on their paldron, but I don’t want to disrespect a real world language.

I’m not saying simply on their second offense, or even third.

But if a defendant is repeatedly being let off, and reoffending, there should be a point at which, if a judge lets them off again, the judge who let them off should be held liable.

Because there’s a certain point where it is obvious that a person is simply too dangerous to be allowed to wonder society. Doesn’t matter if they’re legitimately insane, or simply an evil human being, once they have proven this, it’s the justice system’s job to handle them.

I’m not saying they should just default to life in prison, but if not a prison sentence, restrain them in a mental institution.

And once they have crossed said line, and a judge decides to go easy on them again, then that judge has proven they do not have the safety of the public in mind, and should not be a judge anymore.

Again, I’m not saying the judge should be arrested, but at minimum, they should lose their status as a judge. Possibly even lose their license to practice law altogether.

I’m aware of AU’s like the Dornian Heresy, but the few I’m aware of are basically just role reversals, and often rely on others falling to Khorne before the World Eaters can, and at best shocking them straight.

But I was wondering about things that could have been done while staying within reason of established lore.

For example, instead of the Emperor, it was the World Eaters themselves that found him during their rebellion’s last stand, and immediately deployed, and fought beside Angron.

And just for this scenario, at least some of Angron’s gladiatorial brothers, also with the Nails survive, as I think if he was once again the sole survivor, he would have turned on his sons in a suicidal attempt to get them to kill him.

Well established that the Nails simply cannot be removed without killing their hosts, so we can’t change that, and so it’s not just a loophole, they can’t just turn it off either.

But I think with some of his brethren still alive, thanks to his sons, Angron may be, at least not quite as vindictive towards them, though he likely still be hard on them.

Maybe demanding they take some of their cultural trends like the gladiator arenas, and forcing them to fight to the death.

One change I was thinking is Angron leads them in combat, and rather than the time limit, he shames them if they can’t keep up with him, and his other brethren who have the Nails as well.

So rather than the time limit, followed by decimation, he just berates and shames them, calling them weak for not being able to keep up with him, something not as physically damaging, but definitely a devastating blow to their honor.

Until they learn how to replicate the Nails, at which point, suddenly they can keep up with their father, butchering their way through armies like a storm.

Perhaps after their first conquest with the Nails, Angron doesn’t berate or shame them, even giving them that first nod of approval he gave Kharn when he got the Nails in canon, and they finally understand their father.

From there, I think there’s a chance (albeit a very small one) this Angron could stay loyal.

If we wanted to include other legions, and do kind of like others have done, without just doing a complete role reversal of every one, we could look to the Blood Angels.

Unless I’m mistaken, the Blood Angels were Khorne’s actual desired legion, so for this AU, as Angron isn’t quite ready to turn on his father as he was in canon (not saying he loves him, he’s just not quite as eager to kill him as canon Angron), Khorne focuses more of its attention on the former.

Eventually, something occurring that makes them fall to Chaos, and just for fun, it’s the World Eaters who come across them, and are suddenly faced with these berserk Blood Angels, against their Butcher Nail wearing brothers.

Angron ends up going toe to toe with his fallen brother, and for this scenario, wins.

Or at the very least survives, and they’re now forced to reconcile with what they could become, as they realize what’s happening.

Perhaps they even go to Terra to inform the Emperor, and rally with their cousins against Horus and his fallen brothers.

Maybe just for epicness, Angron goes with Russ to confront Horus, who now has to deal with two melee combatants, one of which isn’t going to care that it’s his brother.

Maybe Kharn has a little chat with Erebus involving an ass whooping as they end up meeting during the Seige of Terra that he isn’t able to teleport away from.

I can’t find the release trailer from a while back, but I remember in the trailer for the now current World Eaters, there was one that had a bare torso, and you could see the connectors where his armor would’ve been fitted, but I’m not seeing it when I shop around on Warhammer.com.

It’s been a while but I also remember he also has the Nail on his head that looked like dreads, he had a chainaxe (of course), but he just had no armor from the waist up.

I’m not super into Iron Hands, but I recently came across a short while browsing lore videos of a Salamander and a Dark Kraken (Salamander successor chapter) meeting in the Deathwatch, and have a big/little brother conversation that was fun to hear.

Then I started thinking about what might happened if this happened with Iron Hands.

From what I know, I think because of their “cold logical” mentality, I like to think they see each other and just stare at each other for several tense moments before simply saying something like “We understand each other.” And just walking away.

Or they do the creepy sibling thing where they stay together, but rarely speak, they just stare at you.

For example could I run a squad of Khorne Berserkers, and a squad of Noise Marines, as long as they’re both Black Legion?

I don’t play the tabletop, I’m mostly into the lore, so while I know this is something that could happen in a story (albeit they would have to operate far away from each other), I was wondering if you could do it in the tabletop game.

At the moment, all I have is the Kill Team starter, so idk the rules for the full tabletop game, and have an idea for an RC warband I want to put together, but want to make sure it’s allowed.

Firstly, can any Space Marine or at least Chaos Marine unit be a Red Corsair?

Specifically Khorne Berserkers and Noise Marines. Those are both my personal favorite Chaos units, and I always wanted to play them both, but idk if that’s allowed, even if they’re part of the same warband.

I know can’t literally mix and match them in a single squad, I mean can I play a squad of each in the same army.

Lore wise, my idea was they’re both squads of traitors who wanted to keep their identities, rather than fully submitting to their deities, and have ended up with the Corsairs basically for ye olde pirate reasons, such as having that brotherhood Space Marines generally crave, but while also not beholden to either of their primarchs or gods.

They’re still Chaos Marines, don’t get me wrong, I just like the idea of characters like Eidolon, who still worship/follow Slaanesh, but refuses to completely submit to them.

I’m mostly just into the lore, just don’t have anyone to play with so I don’t even bother looking at the rules, I just get the novels and occasional outdated codex on sale.

I’m just curious if there’s a “best” strategy to use for GK’s as from what little I do know, they seem to be heavy hitters, but could they go toe to toe with, say a squad of Khorne Berserkers?
