Hear me out: Professional Gym Class

So what I think is we get well rounded athletes and over the course of the year we make them play a couple seasons of a several sports.

So maybe a four season year and we have them play each of Baseball, Football, Tennis, Swimming and we see which team excelled the most at the sports overall. The next year comes and maybe this year we have them doing American Football, Track and Field/Cross Country, Boxing, and Basketball. And this goes on. Basically we need people that are gonna be well rounded as well as anybody can try to go pro in this because some sports are gonna benefit from you having women and lighter men on your team while others.....Let's just say everyone signed a form.

The team that has the most amount of points at the end of the year wins.

How do you think this would go as a show?

Why aren't people more Ideological?

In my personal life I have a couple friends on social media who seem to be very politically engaged (I mean just off their likes and reposts which.....all I have)

Particularly this one friend of mine who I've probably talked about on here before (haven't posted on here in like a year but this has consistently annoyed me) where she's a girl who reposts constantly about women's issues like menstrual health, abortion, DV, SA, etc. All very good issues thumbs up from me.....But then I see her liking things where it's black people and being softball racist towards them like servers complaining about black people not tipping or being rude or people filming black teens being "Ghetto". But she also isn't very consistent she'll like something about Hidden Rivalry but doesn't seem to be very active in defending transpeople or nonbinary people.....in fact when I worked with her she seemed to make fun of them.

Another is most black people I know are always on about BLM stuff and issues black people face in society. Which yes I feel the same way, but most black people I know personally are not very liberal. They're very socially conservative on LGBTQ+ issues, the men are very redpilled, extremely racist towards whites and Asians, use slurs. WHERES THE IDEOLOGY?

I'm a DemSoc and have identified as such, I have basically no ideological quirks when it comes to things that I feel the average person of my ideological affiliation would think and what I possess. I mean MAYBE you could call me right leaning on immigration but I don't think that's an issue because my disagreements are corporatism ones about how the more immigrants that come in and will do work for less the less regular Americans will get hired. Tbh if I was from Canada or the UK I'd still be left leaning on that issue but Democrats have controlled that narrative which is annoying but a conversation for another time.

Do you know any other Monster Jam fans IRL?

I'm not talking about people who you were in like 2nd grade with and bonded over Monster Jam or people you've met at events/online.

I mean people who you knew IRL before, and find out they are into it?

I have two (sorta). So the main one is a girl who was in my kinda sorta friend group and whenever they would come to MetLife or Philly she would post something on her stories of her in the stands.

And the second is another girl from my high school, now she's probably not a fan but she went to East Rutherford today and posted it on her Instagram story.

CRD vs PEI vs Concussion vs Cohen vs Eddie vs Racesource

So these are the "Big Box" chassis that you can actually buy. (I mean I guess you could pay teams like Koehler and Meents to make you one in their image BUT WE'RE NOT GOING TO TODAY [plus they're pretty obviously different with the Koehler/Rummell proportions and weight and the Meents.....everything]).

What's the difference between them from a mechanical perspective?

And if someone was looking to put together a monster truck team, what are the pros and cons of each?

Old Monster Jam vs New Monster Jam mechanically?

This is kinda a weird question but I'll try my best

So now it's pretty clear that all the trucks that run for Monster Jam are the exact same under the hood. I talked to a driver not too long ago and they said that the only freedom drivers have now is the shock set up. Now I don't expect like full fledge freedom especially on Feld's dime to come from the pit crew. But if you look even 10 years ago.....that's not really true.

Back then it seemed that all the chassis were different with different tubes, shocks, four link colors, mufflers, etc. If you go back to a World Finals qualifying run all the chassis, while similar, don't really look anything like today where if you showed me Kayla, Camden, Tristen's chassis, I could not tell you whose is whose. Hell as I stated in another comment section nearly every Indy today runs a black CRD with basically the same "Specs" as any Feld truck.

So with all that; What was it like in the pits in 2006 vs in 2026. Specifically for the Feld Chassis

What's the most Diabolical "Previous Owner Story" you've seen, heard, or experienced?

I hear horror stories of people who bought cars from other people weather it been on Facebook Marketplace, eBay, Craigslist, or whatever, and they end up getting the car that has WAY more problems then they signed up for.

I'm talking maintenance skips, lying about stuff like accident/maintenance history, people who drove it like it was stolen for 10 years before you got it, anything else you can think of.

My answer is two: One is from one of my friends who got a car that was already kinda a $1500 beater just to get her through the next 5-7 years, but the guy actually physically lowered the odometer so that instead of it being 200k miles it was actually a 400k mile car. I don't even think that's legal but she went to the police and basically said "Fuck off that cars not worth anything". The second one I heard online and it was a guy who bought some sedan with a bunch of body kit stuff on it, but when he tried to take it off it was actually hiding crushed fenders that the previous owner tried to roll.

How do you feel about Colored Contacts for Everyday use?

If someone was wearing colored lenses in their day to day like how makeup is used day to day to enhance one's appearance, how would you react to them?

I'm not talking about cosplay lenses, but lenses that are trying to look more like a real eye

Is this a Bug or a Feature?

This isn't exactly the best example, but I've been seeing it for years and I caught this one today

I'm the orthodox guy with hair, notice how I hook his glove and do some guard manipulation

Is the guard manipulation a feature from EA that you can capitalize on or is it a bug that just happens?

Why is driving so much worse now?

I got my license in 2021 but I had my learners since like 2018

But even in the 5 years I've driven I would say 80% of the days, and the difference between before or during the pandemic and now is NIGHT AND DAY

Like first of all there's WAY more people on the road than I remember, Like a couple days ago I literally said to myself "OMG it's 1 PM on a Tuesday what the fuck are all you doing on the road" as I was on an averagish highway in terms of my area and it was fast but if it was slower it would guarantee be bumper to bumper.

But on top of that I think people have gotten WAY more aggressive when it comes to cutting people off and not letting you merge lanes, I find myself being in the left or second to left lane and genuinely having to slow down so I can merge behind people in the next lane over because they just WOULD NOT let you pass from the front, which I think is technically illegal but sometimes you have no choice.

I also see way more mistakes being made and every time I try to speed up and see who almost caused that pileup it's some 75 year old looking grandma sawing at the wheel hunched over. WHY ARE YOU ON THE ROAD RIGHT NOW?!

How Common is Cross Dominance Actually?

What I mean is how common actually is it to have someone whose right handed but left footed and vice versa?

Statistically footballers are more likely to be left footed than the general population and my question is; Is it more likely that lefties make the pro leagues or is it that some right handers are converted over to being left footed for like positions sake?

Bill

My favorite part of the Rodrick Rules movie is Bill

Rodrick invites a "Professional Musician" over and Frank assumes that means he has like a former rockstar or like a writer or something, Frank swings open the door and this 36 year old pothead pulls up. Then it cuts to him slamming a plate of pot roast.

And it just ends up putting Frank in an even worse idea of where Rodrick is headed
