Hei hva er letteste måte å finne ut om man har kjønnssykdommer på? Har aldri testa meg som en 21 år gammel mann.

Blodprøve eller urinprøve

Chronic sinus issues, daily yellow mucus every morning, brain fog, and fatigue—could this be an undiagnosed indoor allergen? Looking for advice.
Hey everyone, I wanted to share what I've been going through for a long time now and see if anyone else has experienced something similar or has any advice.
My Symptoms (Every Single Day):
Waking up with thick, yellow/greenish mucus stuck in both nostrils that is hard to clear out, rather than clear mucus.
Severe fatigue and never feeling rested, no matter how long I sleep.
Brain fog, feeling slow/dull, and constant headaches.
Poor vision and feeling drained with no energy to do anything.
Chronic sinus issues and congestion.
Background:
I've already tested positive for year-round allergies and animal allergies (like cats and horses), and my eosinophil levels have been at 0.8 for a long time. However, I have never been tested for indoor allergens like mold or dust mites.
I honestly feel like taking medications is pointless if I don't remove myself from the actual source triggering this reaction every day.
The Holiday Difference:
Recently, I went away on holiday. While I was away, things changed:
The thick, yellow mucus was gone (it was mostly clear when blowing my nose).
I noticed I could sleep through the night without waking up constantly.
However, I was still somewhat irritable, had headaches, and sneezed here and there. But I'm also wondering if I felt slightly better on holiday simply because I was physically active—swimming in the sea, taking saunas, and walking thousands of steps—which kept me distracted from my symptoms, rather than the environment itself.
My Question:
Could all of this—the daily morning yellow mucus, the severe brain fog, the chronic headaches, and exhaustion—be driven by an undiagnosed indoor allergy (like dust mites or mold) in my home environment? Because I'm living with it every single day, it feels like my body is constantly fighting something.
Has anyone else dealt with this, and how did you finally find the source

Please help anyone experience the same?

Chronic sinus issues, high eosinophils (0.8), and high indoor humidity/heat (26°C / 70%) – Could this be an environmental/mold issue?
Body: Hi everyone, I am trying to figure out the root cause of my ongoing health issues and could use some advice. Here is a breakdown of what I am dealing with:
Symptoms: Chronic sinus pressure, severe nasal congestion, and a lot of mucus/phlegm that won't go away. Comes and go, and headache etc, and sleep 8-9 hours still wake up tired
Medical Findings:
My MRI scans show distinct changes/inflammation in my sinuses. I took MRI for headaches but they found no problems only sinus problems
Blood tests show high eosinophils at 0.8 (reference range is <0.4), indicating an active immune/allergic response. It has showed that for 4-5 years.
I have positive test on whole year allergy.
Indoor Climate (Measured):
Temperature is constantly high at around 25–26°C (77–79°F).
Relative humidity is extremely high, ranging between 65% and 70% throughout the apartment (even though it's summer outside).
Environment Factors: My apartment has carpets and the climate monitors show the same high humidity/heat across rooms. I have an AC/heat pump unit available, but I'm trying to figure out the best way to handle the climate.
My questions for Reddit:
Could this high humidity (65–70%) and heat be the main trigger for my high eosinophils and chronic sinus problems (like mold or dust mites)?
Is it worth getting an air purifier with a HEPA filter, or should my main priority be fixing the humidity and removing carpets?
Has anyone experienced similar chronic sinus issues tied to their indoor environment? What steps helped you figure it out?
Any insights or advice would be greatly appreciated!
