Every month, my Patreon subscribers get a monthly playlist where I log every track I enjoyed during the past few weeks. I'm now sharing my chunky VGM best-ofs from 2023, 2024, and 2025 for free.
They’re hosted on Spotify—I know, believe me, I know. However, since these playlists are now public, feel free to transfer them to your preferred streaming service with tools like TuneMyMusic or Soundiiz.
We're talking thousands of hours of music here. You'll find the obvious picks, of course, but more importantly, a wealth of game music you’ve never, ever heard before.
I follow VGM news on a daily basis over at nowplaying.cool. Support my work if you can—or share it if you can't; that's even more important! Enjoy.
Now that the date and price (May 4th, $99) have been announced and the reviews are out, what do you guys think? Are you going to give in and get the new Steam Controller to use with Moonlight?
Personally, I’m torn. I love the Steam Deck controller, and I really miss the back paddles when I'm using the DualSense to stream via Moonlight. But, if I’m going to switch controllers, I’d like to get better latency than what the DualSense offers. I stream on a latest-gen Apple TV and I can't plug in the Steam Controller's 2.4 GHz dongle, so I’d have to use it via Bluetooth regardless.
