Trueplay - Do I Tune Only the TV Side of the Room or the Whole Room?
I have a large room, but only one half is where my TV and the chair I use for watching are set up. The other half is my computer area with my desk and office chair.
For Trueplay, should I walk around only the TV side of the room, or the entire room, even though I never watch TV from the other side?

Are There Portable AC Units Designed to Sit on a Window Sill?
The main problem is that I have to lift my portable air conditioner onto a table every time I want to use it. I move it between two rooms and I also have to block the wheels to stop it rolling off.
Is there a version that can simply sit on the window sill? My window sill is quite deep and wide, so that would make things much easier.
At the moment I have to lift the unit onto an adjustable‑height table just to get it high enough for the hose to reach the window without bending (more efficient if hose isn't bent). The power cables on portable units are always so short (around 1 m), and in my house there are never any sockets near the window, so I end up with extension leads fully unwound and cables everywhere.
Looking for Better Video Doorbell Options After Disappointing Experience With Eufy E340 (battery version)
My biggest issue is the severe lag between receiving a notification and actually accessing the live video stream. After tapping the alert, it takes anywhere from 7 to 15 seconds before the feed loads, even though my router is literally one metre from the doorbell. I’ve already set notifications to text‑only to make them as fast as possible, and my internet connection is strong with very few devices on the 2.4 GHz band. Because of this delay, the doorbell’s core function becomes almost unusable whenever someone rings.
Backpack Recommendations for a 6'5" Hiker With Torso‑Length Fit Issues
I’m a 6'5", 95 kg man with a slim build, and I’m struggling to find a backpack that fits my torso properly. I’m currently using the Decathlon Men’s 50 L Trekking Backpack (MT100 EASYFIT), but even with the harness adjusted to its maximum length, it still feels too short for me.
Given my height and proportions, I’m wondering whether there are specific brands or models that tend to work better for taller hikers. I’m not sure if it’s wiser to look for backpacks that come in dedicated XL sizes, or to choose a model with a highly adjustable harness system instead.
Ventilation is also important for me — I sweat mostly from my back when hiking — so I need a pack with a well‑ventilated back panel, along with hip belts and sternum straps to take pressure off my shoulders.
Are there any shops you’d recommend where they can measure my torso length properly and help me choose a backpack that fits?
I’m looking for both a 20–30 L daypack and a 40–50 L pack for multi‑day hostel trips.
Which features stop working if I don’t update?
I really dislike the way it forces updates on us, and the implication that we’ll lose features if we don’t comply. Too often the new firmware is actually less stable than the previous version, introducing bugs that affect basic functionality. A good example is the issue where audio would route through the glasses instead of the car when playing music via CarPlay — it took them months to fix something that should never have broken in the first place.
