The Recommended Herbs for Body Detox Healing (American Botanical Pharmacy) + Free Book

The American Botanical Pharmacy was recently a recommended herbal formulation program to help detox the body as a whole so the body can heal itself more effectively. https://www.herbdoc.com

It can be quite a tense program with those with digestive issues or sensitive issues in order to swiftly heal the body. It also can be somewhat costly and somewhat complex to follow through. So by analyzing the most effective herbs in the formulation with other opinions, you can decide to take the choose the most simple herbs mainly over a longer term period possibly.

From the American Botanical Pharmacy founder Dr. Richard Shultze book, “There Are No Incurable Diseases : Dr. Schulze's 30-Day Cleansing & Detoxification Program,”
https://dokumen.pub/there-are-no-incurable-diseases-dr-schulzes-30-day-cleansing-amp-detoxification-program-0967156734-9780967156736.html
I examined the formulations main ingredients and did a background check on the most important ones. According to Dr Richard Shultze framework, the key summary combo are:
1. Laxatives (senna, cascara, aloe) → move waste out
2. Binders (psyllium, bentonite clay, activated charcoal) → grab toxins
3. Liver herbs (milk thistle, dandelion) → mobilize toxins
4. Kidney herbs (uva ursi, juniper) → flush them
5. Blood/lymph herbs (burdock, red clover) → clean deeper layers
Along with these he promotes:
Cayenne pepper — he considers it a circulatory stimulant and emergency heart remedy
Garlic — used extensively as a natural antibiotic and immune booster

These are the core ingredients, I’ll leave a more in-depth framework below but if you can focus on these, look for mixed supplements, or do more research on them then they could possibly help you as well if you like to detox the body sometimes. But please be aware if you have medical conditions to do some research on what might work for you or not.

I will also add you might become tired during the processs so it’s recommended to eat foods with iron and the author does recommend vegetable juice as well. Afterwards a general organic diet it is recommended for the most effective nutrients to placed into the body.

So if you’re looking for simple supplements or formulations, look and research these herbs ingredients.

The mixed important ingredients Dr Richard Shultze emphasizes during the detox process:
A. Colon-clearing + laxative herbs (FOUNDATION)
• Aloe (Cape / Curaçao aloe)
• Senna
• Cascara sagrada
• Oregon grape root
• Ginger
• Garlic
• Cayenne pepper
Purpose:
• Force bowel movements
• Prevent “re-absorption” of toxins from the gut
B. “Binding / drawing” agents (to pull toxins out)
These are what he believes actually grab toxins stored in the intestines:
• Psyllium seed
• Flaxseed
• Apple pectin
• Activated charcoal
• Bentonite clay
• Slippery elm
• Marshmallow root
Purpose:
• Bind toxins, “mucoid plaque,” metals, and waste so they can be excreted
C. Liver & gallbladder detox herbs (major focus)
He strongly emphasizes liver cleansing as a key to “deep toxins”:
• Milk thistle
• Dandelion root
• Artichoke leaf
• Oregon grape root
• Wormwood
• Black walnut
• Garlic
• Ginger
Purpose:
• Increase bile flow
• “Dissolve” sludge/sediment
• Clean blood indirectly via liver
D. Kidney / urinary detox herbs
For flushing water-soluble waste:
• Uva ursi
• Juniper berry
• Horsetail
• Burdock root
• Parsley root
• Corn silk
Purpose:
• Flush kidneys and bladder
• Remove “crystallized deposits”
E. Blood & lymph “detox” herbs
These are meant to clean deeper circulating toxins:
• Red clover
• Burdock root
• Yellow dock
• Chaparral
• Poke root
• Goldenseal
• Garlic
• Lobelia
Purpose:
• Clean lymphatic system + blood
• Support skin elimination
F. Immune stimulants (to “fight toxins”)
• Echinacea
• Garlic (emphasized heavily)
• Cayenne
Suggests raw garlic daily
G. Nutrient-dense “superfoods” (support detox)
• Spirulina
• Chlorella
• Barley grass
• Wheatgrass
• Alfalfa
• Seaweeds (dulse)
• Beet, spinach, citru

So in summary again, Schulze essential herbs for his “toxin purge” relies on:
• Bowel-clearing herbs (senna, cascara, aloe)
• Toxin Binders (psyllium, bentonite clay, charcoal)
• Liver support (milk thistle, dandelion)
• Kidney flushers (uva ursi, juniper)
• Blood cleansers (burdock, red clover)
Hope this simplifies or add some more context for the detox process for those interested. Just make sure eating organic food afterwards and still do some research.

Just wanted to make a list of some current active asymmetry games that may be or interest for other players.

So an asymmetric game is a PvP experience where each side plays by entirely different rules. Unlike traditional multiplayer games where everyone shares the same abilities and goals, asymmetric games deliberately give opposing sides unique mechanics, objectives, or playstyles. One team might be powerful but outnumbered, while the other relies on cooperation and numbers to compensate — creating a power disparity that makes every match feel like two different games being played at once. So without further a do:

Team Based Games:

Depth — Sharks vs. divers in tense underwater combat where each side plays completely differently. https://youtu.be/xWHq5iY1xXc?si=-cBTOTVG9aHKRQao

Primal Carnage: Extinction — Humans armed with specialized weapons face off against a team of player-controlled dinosaurs. https://youtu.be/fDHyErSv8wA?si=DCEazzYeuYWMraYo

Killer Klowns from Outer Space — Three alien Klowns hunt seven human survivors across maps inspired by the cult classic film. https://youtu.be/9xO_N8jvQyQ?si=TH21OP3umhnegtrA

The Texas Chain Saw Massacre — Three members of the Sawyer family work together to stop four victims from escaping. https://youtu.be/nhmVvuiKPyc?si=_7-YigFaHYe1i6AX

Left 4 Dead 2 — Four survivors fight through zombie hordes while opposing players control special infected to stop them. https://youtu.be/FP0f7a-RX7I?si=st44LoBA-_nBbfO_

Back 4 Blood — A spiritual successor to L4D2 where four Cleaners battle through hordes shaped by a card-wielding Corruption Director. https://youtu.be/wrqg7ZkojBw?si=1Ee1WQTN0CB2X_Y1

One vs Many Games:

Dead by Daylight — One player-controlled killer hunts four survivors who must repair generators and escape. https://youtu.be/rwW8I6fnsHc?si=FaZw6g12gzTssZcn

Dragon Ball: The Breakers — A powerful Raider hunts seven ordinary civilians desperately trying to escape using the Time Machine. https://youtu.be/K3mLoQa-lEU?si=ywCqP9kpUmVg3TKX

Predator: Hunting Grounds — One player stalks as the Predator while a four-person fireteam tries to complete objectives and survive. https://youtu.be/yrz9qQCOmy8?si=EGWa1l3dOsVshuM1

Ghostbusters: Spirits Unleashed — One ghost haunts a location while four Ghostbusters work together to trap it. https://youtu.be/-cPboFBUkvo?si=HzligvfnCC9NsfmH

Resident Evil: Resistance : It involves four survivor players competing against a mastermind player who can create traps, enemies and other hazards. https://youtu.be/FvsdVZbrqTM?si=-9_I2Y3nXzHVl6BB

Social Deduction Games:

Among Us — Crewmates complete tasks aboard a ship while hidden Impostors sabotage and eliminate them one by one. https://youtu.be/p0aHDT8wwrw?si=5GyD6nHGIevbfWek

Deceit 2 — Players must survive and identify infected teammates who are secretly working against the group. https://youtu.be/-MMX5oykbQM?si=EXCJlR4P2LKAfdQT

Secret Neighbour — A group of kids tries to rescue their friend while one player secretly plays as the disguised Neighbour. https://youtu.be/FsXNRe2wAEQ?si=EElbMYfJhnD-m2PF

Real-Time Strategy Games:

Natural Selection 2 — Marines and Commanders battle an alien Kharaa hive in a genre-blending mix of FPS and RTS. https://youtu.be/vsLzVhoTQkk?si=uuJUtRzd2LvvZ7br

Silica — Humans fight an insectoid alien threat in a hybrid where some players command from above while others fight on the ground. https://youtu.be/HXvzoiDXsrM?si=MPG5duZPmQxB36gR

StarCraft — Three radically distinct factions with unique units, mechanics, and strategies clash in iconic competitive RTS battles. https://youtu.be/fIkTdNN3sis?si=P1uMxIzTX0afuv-h

Digital Board Game:

Root — Up to four factions with completely different goals, rules, and playstyles compete for control of a woodland in this asymmetric strategy classic. https://youtu.be/DU0_KlPfbmU?si=SAUMt1MhDW9qkgFj

Upcoming:

Halloween: The Game — Michael Myers stalks Haddonfield in IllFonic's upcoming 1v4 stealth horror game, targeting a 2026 release. https://youtu.be/jhkesn3VX8k?si=2gkzXZIvk6KdV8I2

My personal thoughts on the ones I played: Dragon Ball: Breakers is pretty awesome for its crazy multiple win conditions for each side, dynamism, and insanity of gameplay changes for each villain despite its low budget production. Dead by daylight is a good entry point with its talent system but it does feel vanilla overtime. IllFonic does some original stuff with multiple games of their horror franchises but long term support sometimes limited. Primal carnage just stupid fun while depth had potential but the skill shot aspect and somewhat underwhelming sharks is off putting. The rts shooters hybrids has potential but still need work although audience remains to be seen there. Finally root is awesome board game generally am worth a try in real life as well.

So yeah, just a list I wanted to share with others. Feel free to add own suggestions or inputs if you like too.

Bashar has recommended this permission slip/organization as a means to help the body heal https://youtu.be/tMrEo5JszjU?si=gw5yx49GtQf0EKCt

But Bashar has also said that we can tweek and play around with permission slips to make it work with our own belief systems, preferences, and ideas. The American Botanical Pharmacy can be quite a tense program with with those with digestive issues or sensitive issues in order to swiftly heal the body. It can also be somewhat costly as well. So playing around with the permission slip, you can decide to take the choose the most simple herbs mainly over a longer term period possibly.

But please be aware if you have medical conditions to do some research on what might work for you or not.

The mixed important ingredients Dr Richard Shultze emphasizes during the detox process:

A. Colon-clearing + laxative herbs (FOUNDATION)

• Aloe (Cape / Curaçao aloe)
• Senna
• Cascara sagrada
• Oregon grape root
• Ginger
• Garlic
• Cayenne pepper

Purpose:
• Force bowel movements
• Prevent “re-absorption” of toxins from the gut

B. “Binding / drawing” agents (to pull toxins out)

These are what he believes actually grab toxins stored in the intestines:
• Psyllium seed
• Flaxseed
• Apple pectin
• Activated charcoal
• Bentonite clay
• Slippery elm
• Marshmallow root

Purpose:
• Bind toxins, “mucoid plaque,” metals, and waste so they can be excreted

C. Liver & gallbladder detox herbs (major focus)

He strongly emphasizes liver cleansing as a key to “deep toxins”:
• Milk thistle
• Dandelion root
• Artichoke leaf
• Oregon grape root
• Wormwood
• Black walnut
• Garlic
• Ginger

Purpose:
• Increase bile flow
• “Dissolve” sludge/sediment
• Clean blood indirectly via liver

D. Kidney / urinary detox herbs

For flushing water-soluble waste:
• Uva ursi
• Juniper berry
• Horsetail
• Burdock root
• Parsley root
• Corn silk

Purpose:
• Flush kidneys and bladder
• Remove “crystallized deposits”

E. Blood & lymph “detox” herbs

These are meant to clean deeper circulating toxins:
• Red clover
• Burdock root
• Yellow dock
• Chaparral
• Poke root
• Goldenseal
• Garlic
• Lobelia

Purpose:
• Clean lymphatic system + blood
• Support skin elimination

F. Immune stimulants (to “fight toxins”)
• Echinacea
• Garlic (emphasized heavily)
• Cayenne

Suggests raw garlic daily

G. Nutrient-dense “superfoods” (support detox)
• Spirulina
• Chlorella
• Barley grass
• Wheatgrass
• Alfalfa
• Seaweeds (dulse)
• Beet, spinach, citru

So in summary again, Schulze essential herbs for his “toxin purge” relies on:
• Bowel-clearing herbs (senna, cascara, aloe)
• Toxin Binders (psyllium, bentonite clay, charcoal)
• Liver support (milk thistle, dandelion)
• Kidney flushers (uva ursi, juniper)
• Blood cleansers (burdock, red clover)

Hope this simplifies or add some more context for the detox process for those interested.
