Just curious because everytime i say i specialise in what im doing, people always ask what a specialisation is

Made a post a few hours ago about the same problem so this is more of a update but still i need advice. I changed my PSU from a 500W to a 650W, i have unplugged and plugged everything back in, and still it isnt working. Same problem as before, itll boot for a few seconds then itll die, before a few seconds later rebooting.
Any ideas on how to fix it? I have a project to be done soon and its stressing me out

PC is absolutely shitting itself for some reason. Last night it was working just fine but now today it is cooked, HDMI wasn’t working and after restarting its in a stop start cycle. 10 - 45 seconds itll try and boot up, rhen itll power off, and try again 5 seconds later. Rinse Repeat.

I am trying the removing everything until i figure out the problem method now , but I have an incredibly urgent project due next week for university.
Is this the type of problem that can be fixed within a few hours or am i looking ar having to buy replacement parts?

I have just started a playthrough of KCD1 and after spending about 10 hours of henry i decided to play through a womans lot.
Wow, what a story. I loved it, gameplay wise it was okay but the story is such an excellent example of games as a medium for storytelling, you really feel for Theresa and her role as a woman in medieval society; it sucks!
She does the most of the chores around the house, she is forcefully married off, all her friends are equally as boy obsessed, and all this girl wants is for someone to actually listen to her and see what she wants.
Henry is representative of that, there is the obvious “She likes him” but i think it goes much deeper than that: She wants to be Henry. I think its inferred pretty heavily throughout that Theresa doesnt want to stay in the village and wants to adventure but unlike henry who is held down by his morality and duty to his parents by CHOICE, Theresa is FORCED to stay. A dove with her wings clipped, and what happens when Skalitz is attacked? She is nearly raped, and only is saved by a man who represents the adventurous ideals of what she wants to live by. To be more meta in terms of themes, her role as a woman is a role she doesnt want and when she is about to suffer a uniquely violent and awful crime against her, she is saved by a man that represents her ideals of freedom and adventure.
Only after does she finally break the rules, she starts attacking, she starts fighting back against the invaders.
The story goes on. But my point of all this is:
This shit woke as fuck.
Even when you’re playing as Henry, talking to Sir Divish’s wife she talks about being married off and being attached to a man, the games realistic interpretation of a medieval society means it is showing just how misogynistic and awful it was for women (and anyone of the lower classes).
And whilst I havent played it, the second game features both a black character and a very well fleshed out gay romance?
It seems to me that the writers and creators are highly interested in showing the beauty and the horrors of living in this medieval world, the good and the very very bad.
So, why is it that the creative director is a pro ai, gamergate loser who bitches about feminism and forced diversity on twitter? Not to mention following pro trump shit (Like Trump Jr)
How? How can the creative director be someone who is bigoted yet be the creator of something so clearly anti bigotry?
Is it a broken clock situation? Or is is that maybe the creator isnt as right wing as he thinks he is? Or is it that the team of writers put these in and he’s more of a figurehead?

I love the way RAM sticks look, and I think their function is pretty cool too (honestly a lot of computer parts are).
I honestly am considering getting it as a tattoo somewhere but I am not sure on where.

My initial idea was behind the ear, however I don't wanna do something that bold for a first tattoo.

Long word soups, little punctuation to break up the sentence, jargon and words chucked at you like it's no ones business; some of the journal articles I have had to read for my degree is just so annoyingly written. It feels like the author wrote it for themselves, not for an audience that doesn't understand the topic yet.

Here's an example from an article I have to do my essay on:
"In this article, we bring together and analyse discussion of indigenous peoples in general terms rather than individual cases to avoid reductionist situations in which social and political resistance and community-based revitalization efforts of indigenous peoples are considered as if one size fits all, leading to stereotypical and inaccurate representations."

One sentence, two commas, and 50 words. Yes it conveys the point across well, yes I understand the topic, but it is so brain numbing to read and then the entire 35 page paper is written like this. Sure I can deal with it in small chunks but an entire paper like this? Hell no.

Maybe it's just my autism, or maybe it's my journalism degree melting my brain to where any sentence that's longer than 15 words I need to shorten to get a wider audience appeal. Maybe it's just me, but it just feels so BORINGGGGG.

I've just installed this mod into current playthrough of mine (20 hours in), and I am utterly confused as to how this mod actually functions. I have read and then re-read the descriptions a few times and still it's vague.
Can anyone give me a proper rundown / understanding of how the mod works?

After spending 20 hours in act 1 doing a majority of everything I can before meeting jackie at wholefoods (You can get to roughly level 17, SC 25, and make close to 150,000 eddies but I also left a few stuff to do that I preferred to do with Johnny so this can be even higher), it seems I got overzealous with my modding.

My CPU is ass and it can't run the 300+ modpack I made because heavy combat drops to 30 frames.
There was however a really cool armour system overhaul part of DigitalVixens overhaul list (Which is the core part of my modpack) that changed the way armour works for both the player and the enemies.
I am curious what other recommended mods overhaul the armour system, both individual mods that change only the player or enemies and mods that do both. And additionally, if there are individual mods what mods combo well with each other.

Pretty much just title.
I'm trying to use my PC to play modded Cyberpunk and now that i've fixed the problem of having a shit GPU for it, now my CPU is getting bottlenecked with how fast this games combat can be.
I was thinking a Core i7-12700?

Additionally I read up that apparently I'm gonna have to upgrade my motherboard too? I really hope not, I just had to rebuild my entire PC because my old case didn't fit my GPU and that took me like 5 hours to do lol

Normally it runs at 60-90fps on regular gameplay but in high end encounters it drops to 30fps, not a fan.
I have an I7-6700 and a RX 5700 XT.
What are some recommended settings to drop or mods to uninstall / install that’d help?

As much as I enjoy the pay from my job ($32 an hour), the timing of it is incredibly inconvenient. I work 6pm onwards wednesday - friday and whilst that is pretty cruisy in terms of the job, it means that I have to miss essentially everything extracurricular because a majority of clubs, extra class work / lectures, group studies, etc (basically everything that isn't just class and assignments) is done past 5pm on a wednesday or friday.
I'm honestly getting so sick of not being able to go to these really fun and interesting events, I want to really get a good education and I just cant.

So what are some recommended jobs you guys know of? Not like, a specific position, something like "hey i worked as a pizza dude on x days and I still was able to do those things semi regularly".

Running a Netrunner Melee build

I bought a 5700 triple fan to upgrade from my 1050 double fan off of ebay. I checked my case and thought it fit however i forgot that I have a smaller version of the case (Antec NX200M micro), and now my new gpu wont fit.
Now the obvious solution is to get a bigger case, which I plan on doing, however is there any way to make the GPU fit into my case currently?

Hi, i have lost about 40kg so far in my deficit however something I have recently struggled with is losing the last 10kg to hit my goal amount (75kg).
My calorie deficit used to be really great and consistent however right now i cant seem to lose rhe weight, or maybe my changes is so minuscule it isnt really showing up for me.

I am a 21 year old male, 176cm tall, currently at 85.9kg.
I go to the gym about 3x a week, and am on my feet a lot throughout the week because of Uni and Work.
