I've always thought Forest are at their best when the crowd gets involved early. A couple of big tackles, a decent spell of pressure and suddenly the whole ground feels completely different.

The frustrating part is when we spend the opening 20 minutes playing cautiously and basically give the atmosphere nothing to work with. It feels like we're wasting one of our biggest advantages.

What actually gets the City Ground going for you: a big tackle, an early chance, a goal, or something else?

The whole Uber story with Chuggs carrying her up the stairs because the lift was broken is peak Made in Chelsea 😂 Maybe it genuinely was just a nice thing to do, but the way these stories always come out afterwards makes me think there’s probably more to it than “I was just being a gentleman”. Sharing an Uber home, ending up carrying someone into their flat and then having this story become a talking point feels exactly the sort of thing that’s going to cause drama later.

Sometimes you notice something feels off with a couple long before it becomes a proper issue on the show. It could be the way they speak to each other, one person constantly making excuses, or just a lack of effort that stands out. There have been a few moments where I’ve thought, “How did nobody else notice that?”

Belloumi with two goals against Chelsea. Going from 1-0 down to 2-1 up is some response from Hull. At first I thought we were going to lose. But now the game has changed. Now hoping for the best.

There are so many episodes that still hold up, but some are much better at showing what made the show so good in the first place. I’d go for one with a good mix of cars, stupid challenges, and the usual chaos between the presenters.
