How to overcome iron b12 deficiency?

I just finished the Batman: Arkham games, and honestly… what a damn experience.
I went in expecting a good superhero game, but I didn't expect to get this invested in the atmosphere, combat, story, characters, and overall world. The way these games make you feel like Batman is something I haven't really experienced in many other games.
It's crazy that these games are already years old and still hold up so well. The combat, detective sections, traversal, boss fights, and especially the atmosphere are just incredible.
Really hope we get games like this again in the future. another Batman game, but something with this same level of quality, immersion, and attention to detail.
Do you guys think we'll get something similar—or maybe even better—in the future?
What games would you recommend that come closest to the Arkham experience?
I have attached the photos you can see
How can I improve it more never focused on it though

have only one digital weighing scale (Dr Trust Executive Rechargeable).
The strange thing is that if I weigh myself multiple times, I get different readings. For example, it showed 56.90 kg and then 57.65 kg using the same scale.
I wasn't carrying anything different, and the measurements were taken close together.just different floors
Is this normal for digital scales, or could my scale be defective?
Has anyone else experienced this with a Dr Trust scale? Any tips on how to test if it's accurate?

I'm a 20-year-old male and I want to grow my hair as much as possible over the next few months. Right now I'm using rosemary essential oil mixed with coconut oil 2–3 times a week.
What else should I be doing to get the best possible hair growth?
- Should I use a different oil instead?
- Is rosemary actually worth it?
- Any shampoos, serums, or products that genuinely helped you?
- How often should I wash my hair?
- Any vitamins or foods that made a noticeable difference?
- Any mistakes I should avoid?
I'm looking for advice based on real experience, not just marketing. Thanks!

Meta keeps rejecting my copyright and privacy repot — I just want an unauthorized video removed
I’m looking for advice regarding a video of me that was uploaded to Instagram without my permission.
The video was recorded around 2 years ago using my mobile phone. I am clearly visible in the video. At the time, another person took my phone without my permission and accessed the video. He told me that he would not show it to anyone, but later uploaded it to his Instagram account without my knowledge or consent.
I never gave him permission to copy, share, publish, or upload the video.
I have tried repoting the Instagram post multiple times through Meta’s privacy repting process, but each time I received a response saying that the content does not violate their privacy policies.
I also reported it as an intellectual property/copyright issue. Meta then replied that they are not satisfied that I am the rights owner or authorized to submit the repot, and asked me to clarify the basis of my claim.
I have already explained the circumstances to Meta, including that the original phone was later destroyed and I no longer have the original file.
What should I do at this point?
Does the fact that the video was recorded on my phone and I am the person shown in it give me any rights to request its removal? Or is there another reporting route I should use?
I’m in India, so advice from anyone familiar with Indian copyright/privacy law or Meta’s reporting process would be especially helpful.
I’m not trying to sue the person or claim damages. I simply want the video removed from Instagram because I never consented to it being uploaded or shared. I just want to know the correct reporting route and what evidence I should provide to Meta.
