Could Yuta actually do this?

I know that if body part is healed, the copied ct is lost and duo to how cursed spirit regenerate normally it wouldn't work but whst if Yuta just had entirety of Jogo or Mahito br consumed by Rika, after subduing them

The individual who Hero healed had suffered horrible injuries and would have died even with medical intervention but refused healing from Hero because of their religion, but Hero refused that and still healed them. Is Hero a villain here?
