What should we do if this happens?

Before you tell me this is AI, staged, or an old vid, I'm making the point that everyone should know what to do in an emergency like this. Regardless of whether this is a real video or not.

Everybody says to leave the person still until the professionals get there. But that's really hard to do when your bud is suffering.

Newbie questions about normal use...

Newbie has questions...

2014 675R

  1. I experience a heavy vibration on the right footpeg when in lower RPMS - is this normal? Seems like it may be coming from the Arrow...not sure.
  2. I feel like the shift linkage is tight & I really have to hit the shifter hard. It has the QS and is in MotoGP configuration - is this resistance normal? I also have a Trident 660 & a R7 (also in MotoGP) but they are buttery smooth...
  3. Tank never reads full - just about 3/4 - is this normal?
  4. Is there a good video in how to replace the stator - or is it best left for a mechanic (I am fairly good at mechanicals but not to the point of doing a valve check etc)

For the Triples; are valve clearance checks really needed at 12k miles?

Looking for some pre-sales advice TIA

Does anybody really check the valves at 12,000 miles? Or is this something that triumph is stating to avoid legal issues?

One of the reasons I gave up Ducati was because of the mandatory Desmo service, but it seems like triumph as the same requirement. It also seems that when the valves are checked, no one seems to need adjustments.
