Can't go to a BJJ gym right now. How should I structure home training, and how far can I realistically get?
I'm interested in starting Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, but unfortunately I can't go to a gym at the moment.
I do have a grappling dummy at home, plenty of free time, and I'm willing to train consistently for a long time. I can also use the internet to study instructionals, competition footage, technique breakdowns, etc.
I'm wondering how I should structure my training if I'm basically forced to train at home.
