Medical vs dental insurance all failing me for biopsy

Help me. Oral surgeons don’t want to take medical insurance. No other provider will perform biopsy.

I’m stuck in a crazy loop here. I’ve called 20 different oral surgeons.

They say “we don’t bill medical insurance” we only bill dental insurance. A biopsy is not dental, it’s medical.

I need a biopsy and ct scan of my gums. There is something in there per my dentist.

The medial has no in network providers that do this. I called their in network providers. They don’t perform biopsies.

So now I need a deficiency for out of network providers to be treated as in network. Fine.

None of the oral surgeons want to submit a pre authorization without me coming in and doing a consult ($200) along with a ct scan ($400). Only after will they even attempt to write a letter for pre authorization. But as I said before they won’t bill insurance. It’s their tricky way to telling me I pay everything out of pocket to them. Then if and when insurance chooses to pay anything , I get to keeep it. Even if it’s Pennies on the dollar.

The oral surgeons are trying to use fancy works for “we don’t bill medical but can give you the paperwork to do it “. You get what you get from insurance. As you know contracted rates are sometimes 80% off.

The oral surgeons are not forthcoming and want what they want. They refuse to bill medical direct and want money upfront t from me.

They refuse to even engage my medial until after my $600 has been paid upfront for a consult and ct. which cannot be retroactively billed

You also cannot get a retroactive pre authorization for services already rendered.

I’ve spent 20 hours on this so far.

Not to mention pathology which is out of network as well and I have to pay cash for.

What should I do here. ??

401k rollovers from Fidelity to Fidelity solo 401k

This has been an absolute nightmare. I’m rolling all my old 401k to my new solo 401k. Everything is at Fidelity. But they still require me to get a physical check to my house and I then have to redeposit it manually into solo 401k. Any assistance to make this less painful is appreciated.

Am I correct in assuming all of this is non taxable

What are the benefits of moving to Roth IRA from old Roth 401k vs leaving in Roth 401k

I’ve googled it and checked AI. But apart from the supposed credit protection it seems it’s just simpler into a Roth IRA.

Workplace 401k ROTH -> ROTH IRA

I am moving out of old workplace 401k (I left the company years ago) and want to roll the money into my ROTH IRA.

The money is currently ROTH 401k in the existing 401k.

Am I doing something wrong? I want to avoid any and all tax consequences. I just want to roll it over. is this possible?

Withholding Federal - not enough (W-2 Employee),already know to boost W-2

Withholding Federal - not enough (W-2 Employee),already know to boost W-2

This year, I had a unusually high amount of interest which I wont in future years. The interest is coming from a brokerage account.

My W-2 withholding is quite large already and EVEN if I boost the W-2 withholding to most of the paycheck (Whch I dont think is allowed) it wont cover the taxes due.

I have the option to send the IRS a prepayment for taxes.

Can I just make a payment to the IRS END of the year without any penalties? Since I Have W-2 withholdings already happening? How do they attribute the income earned from brokerages and do they even care about dates???

How is the penalty calculated?

I am confused as to how they do their calculations on penalties, considering W-2 withholdings are considered deposited throughout the year regardless of when they are made.

National Insurance Broker changed my policy without my authorization- costed me 20 hours of time and countless emails. "Pursuant to Fed. Rule of Evidence 408"

National Insurance Broker changed my policy without my authorization- costed me 20 hours of time and countless emails. "Pursuant to Fed. Rule of Evidence 408"

They admitted their error, and with the 20 hours of time + emails I put in they are offering strictly to reimburse the $50 bucks in overage I was forced to pay months prior to keep the policy active.

I am in CA and this was for a umbrella policy.

They gave me the run around, had 4 different rep's either "move on" or "get promoted," I was passed around until a manager came on board.

They sent me a email "Pursuant to Fed. Rule of Evidence 408" but are not giving me anything for my time/effort. They took 3 months to review the recorded calls where I didnt ask for the change, but someone in their company made the change.

I am furious with them.

Apart from small claims court, what else can I do to force them to give up some more $$$$? I would like a $1000 settlement.

Amazon need to talk to USA leadership team.

I’ve spent 12 hours on the phone with supervisors abroad and they keep saying they need to transfer me to a specialist team. Which is in the USA. They don’t know how to get my $1500 credit back to me for a mattress picked up by their 3rd party.

Does anyone have a recommendation or strategy to get a hold of the USA leadership team ?
